Cara Maria just shouldn't have commented that shady about this, since she didn't won a final either. And BTW if people keep attention and follow her advice, they will throw Cara Maria in the last elimination round in (similar to Bananas) and then she shouldn't complain about it, but she will unfortunatly and argue just like Bananas.
Cara's come in second place 3/7 challenges, and never NOT finished one. Maybe Easy wouldn't have the right to slam Jay and Jenna, (or even Sarah who couldn't finish the final on Cutthroat), but most everyone else is pretty much fully within their rights to call them out for being kind of pathetic.
Also, Cara argued because there was no reason for Johnny to throw her in. Johhny wasn't the one who would have had to compete against her in the finals. Why did he care so much about the girl's elimination round? Nany should have had the say there since SHE'S the one who would have had to go against Cara in the final. There was only one challenge left at that point and there's no way Cara would have won with a broken hand, and thus very little possibility of her getting to throw Johnny into an elimination.
I think it was the only choice for Nany and Bananas probably pushed her to follow through with it. She was friends with Laurel and Theresa. She's cool with Devyn maybe closer to friends but even then she is very weak and everyone wanted to keep her to the end. Cara Maria was her best choice to not throw in a friend and not cause any problems.
I totally agree it was the best choice for Nany to throw CM in. What I don't get is why Bananas insisted she do it to the point where he practically made the decision for her. Nany's a grown-ass woman and Bananas had no business "pushing her to follow through with it". Nany's one of my all-time favorite girls and I would have 100% supported her decision if it was indeed HER decision. Bananas had no right or reason to interfere with a girl's elimination round and the whole thing was just SO unnecesary.
He did it because he didn't want to potentially be tied to a flat tire. She was decent in the challenge with CT with a broken hand, but at that point they thought they still had another challenge and why risk the potential of getting paired with someone without use of their hand? Or what if she went to the final and was paired with him on the kayaking? Or the rock climbing? She would've weighed him down. Cara herself said Johnny made the smart move exactly for that reason. Nany was dumb in not trying to keep her around but Johnny should've fought for her to go home. Her staying meant nothing good for him.
This does make a lot of sense, but Johnny's Challenge history proves he's primarily been concerned with his teammates gassing out in the final (he was always the first to get worried about people like Easy and Casey not being able to run a final, before any of his other teammates even thought that far ahead). It's pretty much 100% certain that the final is going to be a long-distance thing, whereas he had no way of knowing it would also include kayaking this time around. So given his history of paranoia about his teammates' endurance and the fact that the finals are always cardio-heavy, it would have made a lot more sense for Johnny to worry about Devyn weighing him down than Cara. I do understand why he would want to avoid the possibility of getting paired up with Cara on the last male challenge, though, and I can see why Devyn wouldn't have been the worst-case-scenario partner in a daily challenge since those usually aren't as endurance-based.
Well Cara Maria has a final streak of her own...0-3 in finals
and she has had the best partners out of anyone. #Lawlz
Which is weird because in theory, since Cara Maria is so great to some people here, you would think Laurel/Cara would've beat Paula/Ev .... lol.
they mean shes great now because of what she did on free agents and how her body looks now though imo it still has to be further demonstrated, ESPECIALLy the swimming aspect.
from her debut to rivals 2, as a competitor she was about as inconsistent and unmemorable as you could get and while you can certainly use those challenegs to put her in check since she was still responsible for that mess and embarrasssment, you cant really compare herself today to wat she was in the first rivals. most competitors tend to stay the same throughout all of their seasons...if theyre bad they end bad...or theyre good they end good, etc. but shes one of the rare few that has actually transformed from blah to something better. others that have done this include bananas, jenn, emily, alton(for the worse). cara seems totally different...like not even the same person anymore from a copmetitive standpoint

I always remembered her as the girl who did more pull ups than Laurel in the FM2 combine and was the first girl picked. Unfortunately she then proved herself to be pretty weak mentally and the challenges didn't seem to play to her strengths at all. Definitely interested in seeing how she improves next season.

Why does she have to win a final in order to have an opinion about two people QUITTING? Cara hasn't won a final but she's never quit in a final which is more than can be said forJay and Jenna. Cara is far from the best female athlete on these challenges, but she at least deserves credit for trying her best and not quitting. That's more than can be said for Jay and Jenna. The latter had it really easy for their first challenge. They flew under the radar the whole because the vets were more interested in taking out AYTO rookies and other vets. They didn't have to really fight to stay in the game. Cara's tweet was just her stating a fact. The two of them choosing to quit in the final proved that they're not determined to win or even just to collect a 3rd place check. That's precisely the type of people you'd want in a final.
she did do good in the pull ups and the 50 yard dash though i think her obstacle course and the rest were just okay and nothing special. i used to root for her a lot but i got sick of seeing her take all of her amazing partners(darrell, grey, laurel, abram, cooke), fortune and situations for granted and every time she showed up to a new challenge there would be at least a handful of girls that were making her look bad. you can really see how sarah and theresa both salivate at the idea of an average partner...not even one that carries them or is amongst the best....just one that doesnt totally *** them over.
personally for me the turning point was the first exes where camila came in and shoved her face in the mud the entire challenge though emily technically got the last shove...also seeing her get man handled by marie in about two seconds right after chet told her that she HAD to beat marie for the sake of the veterans survival. i didnt feel bad for her due to being shacked with big easy that season either because both brandon and camila...two people that have had nowhere near the amount of luck as cara, were more deserving of my sympathies at the time.
i think everyone deserves a couple of bad or mediocre partners. maybe cara might get hers in the form of ayiia, emilee, or jazmin in the next rivals

Ehhh, she's lost in three elimination rounds: to Emily, Sarah and Laurel, all three of whom are beasts and a looot bigger than Cara (not to mention she currently holds the record for most female elimination wins: 9). Weight was a big factor in that elimination round against Emily, and Laurel could have rung that bell on Free Agents practically from the ground. I don't see that as "a handful of girls making her look bad". But I totally see what you mean about her having ridiculously good luck with partners
the laurel situation wasnt her fault so ill be fair to cara on that one. her hand was screwed up and she shouldnt feel bad at all for losing that.
the sarah/chet one was meh. it wasnt a slaughter but they werent really close either and brandon is not a bad partner compared to chet.
i dont fault cara for losing to emily but it was the manner in which she lost that made her look terrible. aneesa for example lost to laurel but gave her a great fight. cara got slaughted in the first second of the second round.
for the other handful of girls i felt like sarah, jenn, nany, theresa, camila were outperforming her individally despite not getting high calibur partners. even marie got a piece of her
Sure, she technically didn't say the words "I quit" but she didn't seem all that mad about her and Jay getting disqualified. She was complaining pretty much the second they started. She didn't want to run and at their last checkpoint she didn't appear to be guzzling down those drinks any quicker than Jay.
Jenna is sort of coming out of this a winner even though she didn't actually win. She and Jay both get disqualified but Jay is the one being labeled the quitter even though Jenna had an "I don't care" attitude the entire time.

Mte. I was rolling when she was acting ****** that Jay quit when her *** didn't even try to convince him to keep going. She was fine with bowing out she was probably completely relieved, plus the added bonus of it being him to actually say the words.

You're surprised a lawyer deals with technicalities and facts? Really?
I'm not surprised. It's consistent with your many expressed views over the years. We also only have "half a loaf" when it comes to the evidence. We'd have to see all the video of Jay and Jenna and compare it to the edit before coming to a responsible conclusion. We should have all learned long ago that BMP's story editors do what they wish at the expense of people's character and intentions. It's what we should expect, since the cast contract clearly states the company has a right to its editing them falsely for story purposes -- and they do it all the time. The Challenge is not a documentary.

I agree 100%... Jenna was hoping deep down inside that Jay wouldn't do it, ***** was excited when he bowed out
Could've sworn I saw her give up & say "i quit"....
She kept going after that...Jay quit...people can spin things however they want instead of dealing with facts. I understand some people just lack the intelligence and/or common sense to understand the difference.
Jay got all the blame but it was Jenna as well. She gave no ***** when he wanted to quit. She was barely drinking the juice or whatever the **** it was and I highly doubt she would have been able to finish it.
They both were pathetic in the final and wanted to quit..Not just Jay.
She didn't keep going. She told jay that she wasn't wasting her time drinking the drink if he was going to quit. They both quit the final.
She also made no attempts to encourage him to keep going. If Jenna hadn't wanted to quit she would have tried to convince Jay not to give up.
Right. Any other partner would have pushed to keep their teammate strong. Jenna gave up the moment she didn't help Jay.
This is all nonsense. Jenna would have finished the drink if Jay was willing--Jay quit. End of story--use all the spin you want
Jenna's performance wasn't good but Jay was the one that officially quit regardless of spin
And again, if she hadn't been whining and complaining and saying that she wanted to quit, Jay might have been more motivated to try. When you know that you're partner is going to quit on you by the end anyway, why WOULD you put yourself through that? And she was not and would not be drinking that stuff. Let's not kid ourselves!

I really doesn't matter anyways. Jay may have quit but it was clear as day that Jenna didn't give a shit. Those two were never going to finish that final. Really when you think about it it's was probably best that Jay quit because if not then then it was gonna be later on.

Correct---Jenna didn't perform well and was a poor partner but Jay was the quitter. It is a fact that Jay not Jenna quit
