Ehhhh.... Idk about that. Yeah he flopped on the FA final but he was less functionally strong, but ever since he got really into crossfit his endurance and functional strength are really good. I'd say that in most general senses, he's probably the top performer there. And that's coming from a Joss fan.

Nah that's not true.. Amanda, Kailah, Nicole Z, Melissa, Sylvia, they all come to play most of the time. Camila was crazy good at dailies, but we never really even saw her in a physical comp which would probably be her weakness except if you count maybe FA versus Theresa (not physical but strength/size). Everyone has their weaknesses Kailah-endurance/some dailies, Sylvia/Amanda- some heights/running, Kam-some if not most dailies, etc. The girls mentioned above are just either inexperienced or still working on their weaknesses imo.
They really need to up their game when it comes to competition on the girl's side. Cara is great but if they brought in the right people, I don't think it'd be such a breeze to the final for her anymore.

The only difference between this generations' girls & the last one is that doesn't really have any Elites (besides Laurel who comes every now & then) which is a fault of production, not the cast.
People love ragging on this generation of girls as if the JEK era of Shauvon, Casey, Katelynn, Melinda, Jasmine, Jonna, Paula (b/c we ALL know without her getting A1 partners she wasn't winning shit), Jenn the infamous 3rd place JEK placeholder who certainly didn't get there off competitive merit, Sarah who took 8 seasons before she finally won, CM who also took 8 seasons to win even with having THE most A1 of partners, Mandi & Diem who were good as far as endurance but would get killed in eliminations, etc. where really that much better. They surely were not.
If anything, this generation of girls is more balanced. Any of them could take home the W depending on the circumstances.
Now that you say that deeper, I love how everyone is so **** critical of everything Kam does but people like Cara, Johnny, Kenny, & even Evelyn werent anything special their early seasons.
