The Challenge: Invasion (Spoilers Discussion)

I couldn't remember what the final say was, but had Ruthie been ruled out as a potential cast member?  She's been active on some social media (then again confirmed cast members have been with friends/family running stuff) The last instagram post of herself actually in the post  that appears to be recent was Oct 1st.. Had she ruled out ever returning?
