I am seeing a lot of love for Kailah, Tony, Cory, Jenna and Ashley M
Kailah? Really? The others are expected but I thought people would hate her.
She is one of the favorite Underdogs after Jenna based on casuals social networks reaction to her.
Some of them like her looks, other her attitude (Surprising to me), and the fact that she associated herself with Cory/especially Jenna help her a lot lol
Plus, people usually like the outsider or the ppl that get gang up on.
Casuals only like Kailah because they don't follow her on social media. She got an outcast, underdog edit but if casuals knew how attention-seeking and disgusting she really was they would despise her.
Debut, you can play this off however you want. You & I both know you hate at least 7 of the 8 champions and will eventually hate most of these kids that you want to take over the show. Jenna has already done as many as legends like Susie & Landon. Cory's well on his way and neither have really added anything so far. At least they've added very little in comparison to people like Landon & Susie

I appreciate Sylvia & Amanda (though I'm already tired of hearing about her dad) but I still fail to see the appeal of LaToya (other than her yelling at Jordan on Free Agents) or Marie (though I think she has potential). I feel like LaToya (and Marie) are two castmembers that won't easily bow down to John's "status quo". Put that on top of her being extremely confrontational (which is ALWAYS good with me ****) = top-tier castmember. My main issue with her is how she refuses to get in good shape. She should've won that elimination based off the fact that she had experience with something similar & should've worked on her endurance knowing that she would eventually do another Challenge.

This isn't about who I like or dislike. This is about establishing the future and this keeps going over your head because you think this is about me hating the champs and it's not. If you can't see that the underdogs needed to be promoted just as much as the champs were when this season was promoted then I don't know what to tell you.
And Furthermore I hate only 5 out of the 8 champs. Ashley/Darrell/CT(not a fan though) are the ones i don't dislike at all. And you seem to think that for me the mount of challenges someone does is the reason I hate them..no. If that's the case I'd hate every long-time vet on this show and I don't. I just think the show focusing on them all the time isn't going to work. They've gotten better with focusing on the newer people though so they're at least trying.

The disturbing thing is people seem to like him...I don't get it, and naturally want to slap some sense into females that ooh and ahh...more like eewww. What is great about this guy? He isn't particularly bright, or a great competitor or even terribly nice... shrieks about Sylvia being a disloyal friend, in a game, yet cheats on people he supposedly loves...must have scored all A's at the Bananas school of ethics lol

The new kids have to give them something better to focus on the BS relationships. That's the real disappointment of them not showing Marie & Shane flipping out. Production not focusing on gameplay is the biggest issue. Other than Hunter I'm not convinced any of the new kids know how to play this game and he's an idiot so that likely won't end well.

Production, unlike you, doesn't believe the newies can get ratings. The ratings went up each episode becauee more and more people expected the Champs to arrive. I think casting Johnny every season is stupid but until the kids make him irrelevant it's going to continue. Johnny will be happy to do every challenge when he's 50 and if Cory's the best we have to prevent them from casting Johnny then expect a lot more of Johnny.
