its reality tv though like this is how it is. If there ia problem you air it out this is what reality tv is about, express your true feelings & I believe this is really how some of them are.
It's changed though in the past couple of years. It's been discussed on here that the real world if full of people looking to become d-list celebrities and what not. The show and the group of people it attracts to be casted has shifted and I was just expressing my opinion about that. Tony and Amanda are the type of people who thirst for the cameras hence their frustrations with each other over which show was better. I highly doubt we would've seen an argument like this between two people like Brad or Robin and Cara or Katie fighting over whether the real world was better than road rules.
That's not the same situation tho Real World and Road Rules started doing these shows at the same time so there was no "more experienced" show on the challenge. I think the fight was more of a "why does it matter I'm from AYTO"I personally think AYTO shouldn't trip that they don't like them I would just be like "yeah I'm from a different show, so we? I'm still here" and leave it at that
Also, The Challenge started by pinning RW against RRs. So they took their arguements out on the challenges and eliminations. Also AYTO was more of an invasive installment, rather than an organic inclusions like FM and to a lesser extent Bloodlines.
Watching Ashley makes me sad, she gives me a Tonya from Ruins vibes and I feel like she isnt mentally stable enough to be on these. I'm too lazy to read this entire thread rn but did anyone else listen to the brain candy for this? Apparently a bunch of the girls got infections from this and grinding on the soap took 20min-1hr
Lol at someone thinking you can only watch reality tv to watch *****y people. If it was Real World or Jersey SHore I'd understand. But this is a competition. Have you ever thought that maybe some of us watch it because we like the competition and political aspect of it? That's why I watch The Genius, TUF and The Challenge, because of the competition/political component of it...Also, do you guys really like Amanda? Really? An over the top *****y person? And it's not like she has any reason to throw her little temper tantrum. She reminds me of a 7 yo. Complains and screams, isn't scared of anything... until someone puts them in their place. I can just imagne how she'll do in the actual competition aspect, since the political way was just thrown out of the window.
This is a reality show first, competition second. Sounds to me like you're watching the wrong show.
Sounds like you think everyone has to watch the show for the same reason as you...

Sarah rice thinks that they're trying to make AYTO the new RR and in a couple seasons it wil be RW vs. AYTO

Exactly. AYTO wasn't apart of this frachise like Road Rules was. They just came in for no reason and don't justify their existence on the show.

That sounds like The Ruins all over again to me. Because I feel like noone from AYTO really has what it takes to compete on these shows. I mean look at the ones on the show now. The guys are decent but the women suck *** for the most part. They'll get crushed.
When a show is literally titled The Challenge, you expect it to focus on competition & gameplsy, which is why I 'm here. They should just retitle it Lame ********** if they want to focus on these scrubs like amanda & simone & their boring fights. Soooooo boring.

I agree. They should focus on the competition because for the most part the drama is just boring and plain and it's mainly because of these AYTO clowns. They're trying too hard and none of it is entertaining.

well from the looks of it they didn't even have a camera in their face because the spy camera was the one they caught footage of. Plus with 26+ people in a a house it's bound to have drama. & Amanda & Tony got into with eahother already so it was bruing.

Well from the looks of it AYTO? brings the most drama for YOUR entertainment purposes. Take them out of the scene & that leaves tired storylines.
I feel like it's always "cringeworthy" when ayto? does it when we all know that all of these cast emembers are naturally extra asf, but you exploit it more when it's ayto
I was loving the direction this show was going, but after little to no competition, I'm not. I watch this show for competition, I mean it's called The Challenge. I like storylines building up, but they can do that with an elimination and at least deliberations.
Canceling elimination was stupid. What was the whole point of that challenge then? Which I heard pretty much all of the girls got infections. Sarah said the whole cast was rubbed raw and were even bleeding and that they felt it for 2 weeks and had medication. That's gross af..
I'm surprised anyone likes Amanda. After seeing what she did on AYTO3 with clips and after this episode, why would anyone like her?! I felt bad for Nelson. She's trash tbh.
Simone with this Wes thing is stupid. She has the audacity to say Ashely is a camera ***** when that whole Wes thing was a ploy to get camera time.
Before anyone says I'm hating on AYTO, I like the ones that are chilling and playing the game. Not the ones that are being extra for no reason.
Idc what anybody says Cory is a bomb *** partner. Like he always cares about his partners
well shes directly tied to his paycheck so of course hes going to be nice. its not like hes doing charity work for others or anything. hes helping her out beacuse he wants money...thats all...he only cares bout her to the extent of how much she can bring him financialyl

I dont get the point of skipping an elimination if they brought replacements.
Anyways, like I wrote on another thread after this everything stick to filming schedule a pair always was eliminated on elimination days. If they dont do a to be continue or stretch a storyline then you guys would see a team being eliminated for now every week.
By the way if simone goes home over her *******! I am going to die

Well they aren't entertaining to me plain and simple. And I'll say that if they were RW, Bloodlines or anything else. They're just sucky characters period.
Survivor is a reality tv show but it focuses on competition.....
Big Brother is a reality tv show and it focuses on competition.....
Why? Because those are shows based around competition just like The Challenge.
So you clearly don't know that reality tv is more than just sitting around and getting drunk and arguing about nothing. If you want to produce a competition show, produce some competition and cast a cast who wants to compete. Not some people who came to drink. If that's the case keep they *** on AYTO and RW and do an all-stars season.

Survivor is on CBS which targets a COMPLETELY different demographic. Obvioulsy their shit is going to be about the game, only old people watch that shit.
Big Brother^ different network, different target audience, different game, different purpose.
This was never a copmetition show boo, this wsa always a show to gather around the craziest******* from MTV shows and put them in a house together. Throw in some money and you got******* fighting and deepthroatin'. Sounds to me like you're way too ******* old in the brain to be watching The Challenge or MTV all together.

I loved when Tony asked Amanda "Who are you?" that was amazing. Because she really ain't shit honestly.

Who even said it was AYTO? From what I'm seeing, its just issues with no competiton(?).
Y'all so quick to call us haters and shit. That's whats tired.
