Could this potentially be a AYTO? vs. The Challenge game. Hm....
Can it be possible? Maybe.
But they know the theme before hand if it was the case AYTO would have been contacted from the get go just like real worlders/Road Rulers/FM/Bloodlines and Camila. No later like they were/\.

Yeah, I'm not completely opposed to AYTO being on the challenge (except if it's Layton yuck), but I don't want to see half the cast being people from AYTO, especially after Bloodlines where only half the cast was alumni.
The same amount of people were speculated on bloodlines from ayto (the same ayto ppl from last season that were on BMP data base) and we only ended with 2 on the cast...
More people from ayto would have been contacted by now and they would have received calls way before. I was talking to a little birdie and the person is speculating a coed rivals or redemption theme.

havent a lot of them wanted to do coed rivals? I wonder if bananas would hold back cars or not. Assuming they would be together. Who would cohutta be with though he has no rivals

We havent see bloodlines, plus if anyone that vote him can be his rivals knowing BMP
Trey actually was entertaining on BOTS not wanting to do whatever people told him to do as well as doing well besides having to be paired with Laura. He also did really well on Rivals 2 before the DQ. I'd like to see him back again.
Redemption is way too broad in my opinion. It's good because we can pretty much get anyone to be cast, but the reasons are just too random and wouldn't add any drama as a format. Joi you are back because you quit the real world, Jay you are back because you quit the final, Naomi you are back because you had to leave because your father was sick, Wes you are back because Leroy took you out, CJ you are back becaus Zach took you out. It's a good theme for casting but the reasons are just eh and add nothing to the show.

Don't even try. The user above you eats too much of Cara Maria's **** to know true entertainment.

Redemption doesn't have to be broad tho. You can say litterally just limit it to those who have yet to win a challenge and or win an elimantion as of recent and what not. But from what I'm getting at, is that they aren't looking it like that, (i'm deducting from the people that are listed on the availability call list and from what others have said on here.) It's kinda like the Survivor redemption, where none of them have won before, but they played a good game or where memorable people in their respective seasons.

Besides special seasons Survivor is new people all the time, that's why redemption works. It's like an All-Star cast of people who haven't won. The Challenge has familiar faces every season so it doesn't really work the same IMO. People lose seasons all the time and come back several times to try and win, so having a redemption season based on just people who haven't won yet doesn't sound strong enough to me. Example - Jonna's back for redemption!! But she's been on 5 seasons without winning so I don't look at that being a strong format that way either.

Cara can't swim, i don't think the all time champ would hold her back. Even if he is past his prime.

That makes sense. I forgot Survivor has more newcomers per season than regulars. So how else are they suppose to play out redemption? Does each cast have a specific moment of imagine they are trying to redeme themselves from? Of course this is all, if that theme is actually true. Like would they bring back Zach and his redemption is not trying to be as misogynistic as he came off to be in Exes 2? or something along those lines?

That's exactly my point. It's just random reasons to bring people back. If it was a Free Agents, Cutthroat, Ruins, Inferno etc. these people would be back anyways. That's why redemption doesn't seem like it will fit to me. There's been 28-32 people on the last few challenges and only 2-4 winners from each season so anyone can basically be considered to be brought back for redemption. I don't want a Rivals 3 this soon but at least if you're watching an episode you know that Cara and Bananas, Jordan and Nia, Brad and Camila etc. have tension and conflict between them. On a redemption season after the first episode when their reasons are being introduced I cant see how the theme/format comes into play at all and doesn't just get forgotten.

This may be more extensive work for BMP/MTV to do, and I highly doubt they'll bring the people, but what about limiting it to cast members that have made it to a final, yet have never won? It's more selective, and the story can be that they have all made it so close but they have yet to get the big cash. Once again, I doubt this is a thing, but I'm still trying to grasp this redemption theme.

Especially after bloodlines that half od the cast when home without even seeing an elimination, we will see what this turns out to be lol
Can it be possible? Maybe.

Hope not. This would be a terrible idea.
Yeah, I'm not completely opposed to AYTO being on the challenge (except if it's Layton yuck), but I don't want to see half the cast being people from AYTO, especially after Bloodlines where only half the cast was alumni.
And pointless to boot.
... Just sitting here waiting for the queen Cara Maria to arrive on the speculated list . And put all these **** to shame
Where Trey at?
Where he's supposed to be at home being Mr. Fail

**** coed rivals, I hate when they limit shit.
Just get a good ******* cast and go with redemption.

Anyone can fit a redemption theme, which is great in my opinion.

Agree. It's to early for rivals.
Exactly, I agree.
Love both redemption or rivals co-ed formats.
Brad & Camila I **** with big time.

I agree. I don't like the Rivals and Exes themes cause a lot of cast members won't be eligible.

Which is why they need to go with redemption. It's way too soon for another Rivals even if it's co-ed.
Bruno and Nany would be the most random couple if that's her lol two hotheads
