Honestly, at least the gameplay is getting slightly better. If they follow through with taking out Shan this week I'll be impressed. If it's Erika then...yeah, it's going to be a long predictable season.
Ridiculous Xander still has an idol and advantage. Erika is probably winning now zzzzz she doesn't do it for me. Shan will be missed she was riveting tv especially her love hate relationship with Ricard. Ricard is dumb. Enjoy 7th or 6th cause you kept the two guys plotting against you.

Agreed Ricard probably decided in the pre merge that he was going to get rid of Shan, and that makes a lot of sense for him. Either go to the end with someone who's going to beat you or take her out and have a massive resume boost
I love that idols and advantages are pushed so hard but the only time they've really had any impact was when Liana wasted hers. This episode is what Survivor, and other game shows, should be. Strong gameplay with heavy emotions involved. Blindsiding Shan like this is way more impressive to me than someone like Devens or Ben being good at digging around in the woods for idols
i think deshawn at best will get to the finals but shan is going to poison the jury against him. more likely i bet he's the target next episode, dannys still in good shape

Same reason I would assume, so that everyone would feel they can't trust Deshawn. I honestly don't know if Shan was actually trying to ruin Ricard's game or not because she did seem to understand, but Deshawn and Ricard's targets got a lot bigger whatever her intentions were.

interesting you didnt like deshawn before? after his flashback story i liked him a lot. i found pretty much everyone to be so interesting to watch pre merge. i could have seen JD becoming insufferable had he lasted longer

yeah I see what you mean. I liked Shan and brad. Just found it a really diverse cast reminded me a lot of the recent BB cast having never seen a lot of people cast on both
