The Duel II: New Zealand

Haha[/QUOTE] On past challenges, the cast was provided with two cell phones. Actually, at the beginning of G2, Jo left Trinidad and Tobago with one of the phones, so the cast only had one phone for the remainder of the challenge. I know the number because I had two clients on that challenge and on The Duel. The phones had international numbers. During G3, the phone Tyrie was using was the phone BMP provided for the cast. There are some changes in arrangements for the current challenge, but because of a contract issue, I can't discuss this challenge any further than I already have, other than to say the cast was also not permitted to bring personal cameras, which was a new thing beginning with The Island and is being expanded upon now.

you know what i think its safe to say that they have internet access because since departure these people have logged into myspace: Brooke Diem katie ryan unless they have somebody who knows their password and they are taking the opportunity to be nosy...I know I used to log onto my boyfriends myspace after a couple of his high school g/fs were added to his friends list...lmao, jealous much?? :)

It would be great if BMP provided internet access for the cast as they did for G2 and The Duel. The one for G3 never did work well -- nearly impossible to get internet access. As mentioned before, if only a few are getting access, then it may be that they are doing it at production's hotel when they are there waiting to do interviews or promos, etc.

As for internet it's shame they can't access as much as on certain challenges but that might make it easier to see who gets kicked off....well for us common people not Bacchus or V1.

NZ is really famous for a lot of stuff that they can do for a challange. Zorbing, bungy jumping, luge, and the abarogini thing, they can do so much with the challanges.

I'm sure MTV is a little worried given that the ratings for The Island were below lackluster. I can't recall any challenge where the ratings dropped the show consistently out of the weekly top 10 in the prime 18-34 demographic.

The good cast members left way to soon (like tonya and abe). Robin acted crazy. Plus we all like to see missions. There were what like 7 of them, and the weren't even missions they were like stupid ELIMINATIONS. THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO BASICS!!!!!

I agree ej. They need to either spend more time thinking about everything if they want a Challenge like that, or modify it with a bigger cast, more missions, and more individuality. This Challenge should be a great breath of fresh air after a lot of lackluster Challenges.

I'm not sure if this information is already known or not, but I have a very reliable source that told me this challenge is being filmed in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Still, not a lot to disagree with other than your view of Evan and Kenny. Seriously, Evan looks hideous and finds himself to be much more witty and interesting than he is. And we know from The Island's reunion show that even MTV is now comfortable calling Kenny and misogynist. (We were the first to say that about Kenny here, so it's nice to know the MTV researchers read our threads before the reunion taping)

Yeah there will be a wait inbetween when it wraps up and when it airs but it'll be worth it I think for the mere fact Katie is on it. Actually to be honest I'd rather see Kenny than Evan though if it had to be one of them. Now there are moments in which Evan can be funny in a way but I just don't like him to be honest lol

The Cast does return December 8th...
