Townie, it seems that you know Ct fairly well. I admire his work ethic very much, as it looks like he always in great shape. Does he emphasize on training his legs as much as I think he does? Also, how much did he weigh before as it seems to me like he was around 195-205.
CT and Miz the same size now??? Are you kidding me? All you gotta do is search the miz on google images and you'll see the miz is much bigger than CT
CT is probably more athletic, but intimidation factor, the miz has him beat hands down....just look at the size of him

Is size the only thing you're looking at? I'm sorry but size isn't everything. Mike's attitude and whole demeanor is very annoying and not at all intimidating to me. I would love a chance to smack the **** out of him. CT? Not so much.

but old profiles have him as much as 231
I'm excited to finally have the real mr. beautiful back on my TV. He might me out his mind but he really is a beautiful man.
Oh man now THIS I can get with you on. CT is pretty **** hot.
And I love that you called him the real Mr. Beautiful.
Watching the trailer of Adam vs Ct reminded me why I disliked CT so much, he HAD a pretty bad attitude. Seems like he still has a bad attitude, but now has learned to control his anger. I'm neither here nor there about CT and to me, he's as weak as people say Paula is if he cannot control himself.
Hope he does well in this challenge and shows everyone a better side of him though.
Looks like he is in a few confrontations with Wes based on the trailer(s)...But it probably is just one confrontation and they used 3 different parts of it. But i guess him and Wes have beef from the Duel 1 days.
The thing is, they know CT is not all talk and will get physical if necessary. So CT in his face in the previews, may mean Wes backs down. I find it funny how many of them say they could kick someone's a**, but around someone who actually will fight, they are much different. Prize money could be the reason but CT is very intimidating.
Cara [strike]Marie[/strike] Maria was asked a question on her formspring if the guys were intimidated by CT, and she said no matter what they say on camera, she believes they all are.
Remember the IAMONMTV days during like G3? I wish all the challengers had to have a forum convo on twitter or have their own formspring or something so we could ask them questions.
I am not a Cara [strike]Marie[/strike] Maria fan nor do i dislike her, but she will answer anything on her formspring, so it provides a lot of cool info about anyone you ask her and she can contractually speak about.
I love CT on the challenges he is so entertaining and his physical ability is so great. It is fun to watch him do challenging missions and make it look easy ex: the duel 1 the jumping side to side one just leapfrogging with ease. His quotes are halarious too.

Enh, I don't think that's really the case. Most of these guys just don't let their temper get the best of them. Darrell for instance probably could scrap with any guy on the show but showed tremendous restraint with Wes on the Ruins, I mean before he rearranged Brad's face.
Johnny was quick to get in an altercation on CutThroat, as long as it was one he couldn't get kicked off the show for.
I think in general most of the guys on these shows are legitimately pretty tough guys, but most don't let their temper get the best of them like CT has in the past.
I think it's hilarious that CT thinks that Evan is pregnant.
Not sure what you were referring to but then I saw it: Evan is Pregnant. CT already has the best one liners and he's looking hotter than ever! It looks like he's cool with Wes in this clip. They're sharing the room with the bath tub?! Also interesting that you see him walking away with his bottle of water as they all start drinking. I hope he keeps this up even though he'll be the loner/outsider.

Well Darrell was almost in 2 fights, and one he did fight and he punched Brad about 5 consecutive times. Not sure that's a good example.
That's my point with Wes, he has wanted to fight Kenny/Darrell at one point but never does. If he backs down because of the money, than why throw these big scenes/fits, Unless it's just for attention. That just makes you look like you are all talk. There are a lot of legit tough guys who don't get into altercations on the show. If they did, they probably would fight like Darrell/CT.
From that preview clip, looks like he is trying to stay away from drinking. Probably a good thing with Johnny/Adam there. People he doens't get along with.

On top of that, it seems like Wes will do something to start the confrontation in the first episode, given they are staying in the same room, and that C.T. was probably being a tad bit nice in the moment
I tried not to post in this thread because I don't want to go back and forth over a person I don't know. But from what I've seen from all the challenges he's been on, he doesn't seem like a ***** that alot of people think he is. In fact, he seems like one of the cool dudes on the challenges. He doesn't seem to do things for the camera. He doesn't look for drama (unless he thinks, someone is trying to start something with him, lol). He minds his business. He seems to be cool with the people who are mellow headed (somebody said he's cool with Nehemiah, Darrell, and a couple people). So I don't get why people would feel intimidated by him. Just don't talk **** about him behind his back. At least Kenny talks trash to his face and behind his back. lol.
yeah...that's my 2cent on this guy.
McFLy,
I don't know him at all like Townie does, but I think you are right about the behind the back stuff. He seems like and castmembers have said (Jenn, Cara M, others) that he can be real cool when he is not drinking. I think what makes him into a crazy person, besides alcohol, is talking behind his back. In his conflict with Adam he always says how he thinks Adam talks about him, and he has been most in the face of Adam than anyone else. Same with Johnny and those are the two he probably dislikes the most.
I guess Townie said Wes has been smack talking about him since the Duel 1, so I am guessing that will come up this challenge and possibly why he is in Wes's face on the previews. Guess we will see, hope it's episode 1!
Kenny does seem like he will just say to people's face what he does behind their back. I do admit he seems like he will tell someone he hates them to their face. So CT probably respects Kenny.
Listening to Derrick K's podcast, sounds like Derrick hates him too or at least doesn't think he is a good guy. Townie said CT doesn't listen to those, wonder if he did what he would say? I think people are intimidated because they know he will fight if provoked, and he is a monster size/strength wise. People are usually intimidated by other people who are bigger/better athletes because they are the biggest competition .

It did look like he was starting drama with Coral on Gauntlet 3. But I like that he plays the game in a fair way. He basically only sticks up for the strong players and does anything he can to get rid of the weak ones. I guess a lot of others are not as confident so they use politics to avoid elimination rounds, but CT can afford to play fairly because he can actually hold his own.
On another note, I think a lot of the cast members look really good in the sneak peeks like CT, Jenn, and especially Paula.

lol @ forgot about that.

I think because he lost 2 final challenges because of weaker teammates he coudln't get rid of, is why he plays that way. Eric lost 1 from G3, and when tonya/Tina gave up during the long run on one of the infernos. At least IMO that's why he wants to get rid of the weak players, so it doesn't happen again.

He was in the 190-200 range between Real World Paris & Inferno 2.
On Duel 2/Inferno 3 he was around 220.
Gauntlet 3 he was still around 220 but nowhere near as cut.
Duel 2 he was in the 230-240 range.
From Cutthroat to now, he's in the 205-215 range.
Oh, and you people do know that the WWE dramatically inflates the heights and weights of their wrestlers, right? They used to say Hogan was 6'8" and Andre was 7'5". Andre wasn't even over 7' tall and Hogan was no more than 6'5" and they still do stuff like that. Shawn Michaels was skin and bones at the end of his career and they still announced him as weighing the same as he did 15 years ago and they announce Randy Orton as like 245 pounds and that dude's a bone rack.
it'll be interesting to see whether the confrontation between CT and Wes happens on the first night. I'm sure if it did happen, it would be a great hook for new viewers and a great start to the challenge
Either way, I just want to see Wes get put into his place
Another preview at the end of the first episode with him in Wes' face saying how he is going to bend him in half haha. There must be conflict all challenge with them not just one single event unless it was the same night at different times during the night.
From the first episode, it looks as though he( CT) was in a lot of pain. I could see it in his eyes. You know, guys, we need to have more compassion for this dude, he is clearly heartbroken by the tragedy that has affected his family. God bless him, I admire him so much for waking up and continuing his life everyday. As a man who has two brothers that he loves more than life, I wish him and his family the best
A lot of people say CT seems different. Most people from past challenges says when he was sober he was real chill and cool and we saw how he can be a good guy on the Duel 1. Even on Duel 2 before the fight night Jen was saying that on the aftershow. Duel 2 he had a reason to have such a temper with his family tragedy, but he has shown a temper before. Personaly, hate seeing such a talented competitor get kicked off a show early, when he can win.
So him staying away from alcohol, it definately doesn't suprise me how he looks lke a changed guy, even though he probably isn't that much different, just more mature. A lot of his frustration, like anyone's is magnified by alcohol so we will see if that continues. He just won't let it get out of hand (duel 2), so i think he has matured in that aspect, at least so far :)
Good to see him in a better place in his life though, and him and Adam's talk was nice.
I'm not buying this changed man stuff... we can't assume that he found Jesus or something just because he had a couple nights of not going into rage. I'm with Kenny on this one, he's just waiting to strike lol

I'm guessing you haven't following the unfolding drama with his family during the past couple of years. "LOL" is a rather insensitive comment to those of us who -- whether or not we've 'liked' him -- have felt considerable sadness at what he went through.
They showed a ton of camera angles so it was hard to tell for sure, but it looked like CT and Adam by far outjumped every other guy team on the challenge in terms of distance. Leroy & Adam barely cleared the 15th hash but CT & Adam looked like they could've easily cleared 20+ hashes.
