She was asked when she was pregnant with her second child and then contacted for Exes, apparently without BMP's casting people realizing she had never had an on or off-camera relationship with anyone.
Under the right circumstances, she would do another challenge. She's in better shape now than she was for The Duel. I'd like to see her an Mark Long as team captains for a Battle of the Sexes challenge.
Having Beth and Mark as team captains would be a really cool idea. I'd like to see her back too but only if the other women on the show have been on a challenge with her before. I'm not interested in seeing a grown woman with children argue (cause we know it will happen) with girls in their 20's. I'd like to see her interact with the people she's known for years.

No. As both have separately explained it, they were making fun of cast members who randomly hook up during challenges. They did it in cooperation with the crew who were in on the setup. The only thing you actually saw during an episode was a few seconds of the two of them clothed on a bed, talking. They didn't show the video of some of the cast later being pissed off at being made fun of.

Well it looks like the casts will be leaving next week and how I know this. Is I have a I phone and I follow Chet on instigram where you put pictures like twitter well there is a pic of him holding a baby and they said they will miss him next week and CJ post a pic up of a spongbob backpack and said he will use it when he goes on vacation.

to be honest I find it a little bit strange that they only say next WEEK as in one ... as opposed to WEEKS as in multiple...so either he thinks he is not going to stick around for a longer period of time(which could very well be likely:) or it´s something different he has planned...
