I don't mind Devyn's comments about Cara. I mean she whines and cries every time she goes into elimination. I really wish she would just shut up and do her thing. That's annoying and Devyn has every right to call her out on that.
And I don't mind Devyn saying that she's doesn't try all that much. I mean not everyone gives a **** to compete and that's fine. Not everyone comes on to these things for competition.
I think Devyn is funny and everything but I would not mind if she did not return. From her comments on the after show, she doesn't want to win badly enough to do it all the way. Which makes me even more upset she has the nerve to throw shade at someone like Cara.
Devyn is sorta losing points with me.
I don't see how that's a problem.
I don't see how that's a problem.
Because she doesn't bring nothing to the show...Competition wise she is there never have seen her winning an elimination not counting Camila/Eric because he throw it for her and story line wise/ drama she doesn't bring nothing. I give it to her sucking and being good at politics have help her so far.
her rehearse commentary is pretty old already and doesn't do it for me. Like come on be more naturally funny. I preffered any of the fresh meat 2 at this point over her.

I think it's funny that you call competitors who are there to work and win challenges and play the game, but don't go into a ton of elimination out on getting a "free ride", yet you like this girl who hasn't performed particularly well in challenges nor has seen an elimination. I like Devyn but it's quite hypocritical. Bananas is totally getting a free ride despite performing in challenges and winning two eliminations, but how Devyn is playing the game is awesome. Gotcha.
CT's actually doing well this season for all the he doesn't care talk and how he has "lost it"..I am not sure how many missions he has been on the winning teams on so far, but he has been heavily responsible for 3 of the wins him and his team or teammate have had. The first one him/aneesa/jess get most of the credit for the first win. Him sitting on the rope an inch above the ground was clutch and he lasted and they won mostly because he lasted in that horribly difficult position. This one, him and Zach won as a team. Both did great, Zach a bit better, but still both did great. That's 3 quality wins he has had a big part in.
His teams may have won more this season, but I only credit if they had a big part in it. Hence why I said earlier Jess may have been on the winning team every mission but this one(which she than went home on so she was lucky her team kept winning) but the first one was the only one she really stood out on.
I do miss the CT who was shouting CHOO CHOO before the rivals 1 tbone elimination, he seems to have learned how to contain his emotions, which really his emotions and over emotions have cost him in the past so maybe it's a good thing. But not quite as entertaining to us I guess but it's smart of him to do it. He has learned to not get too hyped, being overhyped can be a bad thing and that leads to mistakes. I think him working with Wes he learned a bit about it's not always about being the toughest, it's about surviving and winning. Old CT would have tried to kill everyone on this mission with Zach, t he new one did what he had to do to win
Devyn is naturally pretty entertaining, but the worst thing that can happen to someone naturally funny is they become Self aware of what the viewers say about her and now she is trying to hard to be that person. It works for some, it doesn't work for others..

Both have gotten free rides. But Devyn is a newer Fresher castmember whose funny and brings something to the show so I'm okay with her skaing to the end. While Backpack is Tired, Overexpsed, Unlikable, Hypocritical, Obnoxious, Old *** Veteran who's been on way to many of these things and needs to retire. plus he's won four of these. So i'm not okay with him getting a free ride because he's had too many to count now.

CT Zach and Johnny R all have 4 wins this season, the most for the males remaining.
Well Backpack Brings very little to this show while Devyn Brings alot to this show. That's why I have no Problem with Devyn getting a free ride. Because In my Mind. Devyn is more Valuable than Backpack is.
HAHAHA Devyn brings more than Bananas. That is the most crazy thing I have heard on here in a while. Devyn is a terrible competitor and her little rehearsed lines are not funny.
While I wish Cara Maria would ease up on the whining and complaining and just do the elimination, at the same time, it's valid. She IS the unluckiest competitor. She has flipped the Kill Card 3 times. I think Frank is the only other competitor to flip it more than once.
Devyn is the last person who should be criticizing Cara for whining about going into multiple eliminations. Devyn hasn't seen one elimination. If Devyn were in Cara Maria's shoes, you know we would hear a bunch of forced jokes and complaints. Of course, Devyn wouldn't get past the first elimination to even have an opportunity to be in the draw again.
Meanwhile, Johnny R is the luckiest competitor. I like that he acknowledges that he's been lucky and that he feels guilty about it. I respect that he feels like he doesn't deserve it and hasn't done anything to prove his worth to still be here.
Cara Maria venting about Jessica was kind of funny ("Ah, I feel better now!"). A lot of what she said is what annoys me about Jessica. Girl, you're in your twenties, stop acting like a 12-year-old. Also, I can't help but cringe at Jessica's commentary/confessionals. I don't hate her, but she's definitely annoying. Jess certainly put up more of a fight against Cara and was more impressive on this challenge than I ever expected her to be. She'll likely be back, and deservedly so.
Cohutta had no chance. Yet another lopsided elimination.
Ooh, Laurel was UGLY this episode. I like Laurel. I often wonder why. She talks about Cara Maria being immature and annoying, but that BS in the arena was 100% immature. Repeatedly saying, "Don't talk to me, don't talk to me, don't talk to me" is as immature and annoying as a 5-year-old in the middle of a temper tantrum, covering his ears to ignore his mother. Not taking the first step to reconcile after an argument to prove a point is immature. And who is Laurel to think she needs to teach Cara Maria, HER FRIEND, a lesson.

Then unfollow her? Its that simple. Not liking someones tweets but still following them and seeing there tweets, then complaining about said tweets, then taking a screenshot to post it here and then complain again, makes it worse than whatever Cara is complaining. Is just stupid.
Also, I agree with what Cara said in those tweets. I don't see whats wrong. She's defending herself by what Devyn said to her, and did it pretty well. Actually REALLY well.
1."Devyn, you wear your heels .... and I'll keep getting dirty in eliminations. Envious of your luck - but thankful for my strong heart."
2."But I'd take hard earned respect over luck any day"
YES! *Claps for Cara*.

I only follow her for when next season when people start flying for testing and what not I can start getting an idea of who will be on the next challenge. Thank you! Take seats!
I had basketball to watch last night so I just watched the show. A few stray thoughts:
I think Cara is whiney but Laurel was unnecessarily a *****. To be honest, I wouldn't mind her voting Cara in if it was necessary, but the way she talks to her is rather ridiculous. Cara should absolutely end that friendship.
I read a few pages of this thread and someone wrote about Emilee on twitter going at Susie. I love Emilee. I've made that pretty clear...but I looked at her page and it was just stupid. Susie is being asked to come on and talk about the show and the only "mean" thing she said is that Jasmine is her least favorite on the show. If Emilee were in that chair she would have no qualms about telling who she thought was dumb or hated. Now Emilee, I'm sorry I had to snap at you, hopefully this will only make us stronger.
As far as the elimination round it really just served to confirm my belief that neither Cara nor Jess are athletes. I think Cara specifically is fit as ****, very strong, and probably has great endurance. But I grew up on soccer and basketball and one thing that usually weighs on me athletically is how someone performs in terms of movement and fluidity with an outside object. There are people who it seems like the ball/stick/bat is just an extension of their body. If you watch Johnny with the ball he was able to dip and weave and juke and spin while still protecting and controlling the ball. I'd bet Leroy would've been able to do that to if he didn't have such a severe weight advantage over Cohutta where he didn't have to. For two girls who weigh roughly the same thing, without a significant running start, to just crash into each other and have no concerns about agility and evasiveness just seems stupid. It speaks to athletic vs "fit". I stand by the fact that I believe Theresa would've massacred every girl there in that event, Laurel included. Laurel would be the 2nd best on size alone, and Nany has a soccer background so she'd be 3. Get any girl with a real sports background in there, like Ashlee, against the majority of girls on this show, it would be over.
I agree with some of the stuff Cara said on twitter, but she does whine. Career wise she's been in a lot of eliminations...but she's done 7 in a row. And she's still only actually been voted in three times...and once was because of Darrell. It's the game you're playing. Frank did back to back eliminations. Laurel, Latoya, Bananas, Aneesa, Jordan, and Cohutta have all done two. Emily had to do 3 on Exes. Just go in and get it done. Saying she laughs and just does it is bull****.
It's hilarious watching people here actively follow castmembers they don't like on social media, just so they can whine and complain about that castmember's tweets. It's a strange combination of masochism and stupidity.

Or try spoilers. Info on the next challenge, whose going whose not, etc.
I won't let one bad egg ruin my fun and what I enjoy doing in my spare time. Sorry.
Also...the girls side was much more interesting the whole challenge this episode. Their round of T-Bone was good and the elimination was close. The guys' elimination (and I'm a Cohutta fan) sucked from being so lopsided and there were no decent hits during T-Bone. They tried to make it seem like CT was gonna drop Leroy and it wasn't actually anything.

You don't need to follow Cara Maria, to know if she is going. She have been on the last 7 challenges if she is not on the final cast. She will be a replacement jk jk
Yea I don't look at Cara's twitter mostly because she can never just tweet something once, and move on. It's always like 10 about the same thing like we get it you don't give up or you won't quit and so on. That's what I noticed when I used to look and whoever posted all her tweets reminded me of that, so thanks for the laugh today. But Cara works hard to be fit, at least she backs up her tweets.
She does always have a bit of a whining tone to her when it comes to eliminations, or they edit it that way but she is giving them the footage and saying it, so I guess even if you try to mature, doesn't mean they will give you the matured version of your edit. I feel like she reads a lot of what people say whether it be twitter or here and she can't just let it go and not care.
There's two types of people to me as far as castmembers and social media, the ones who feel they have to defend themselves to every hater, and the type who just enjoy the ride and comment on the show, but not endless ranting about their "bad edit" or how strong they are.....Bananas never really defends himself he just reacts and posts what is happening and jokes about it and tries to have fun with it, it is in the past, same with a lot of people...I can think of 5-6 people right off top my head who rant about edits or clarify every little time they see something they don't like.

I think this is a really interesting thought and I somewhat agree that neither of them are great, even though that was a great watch. Cara Maria and Jessica were probably the 2nd and 4th best girls throughout the season (NO I DO NOT HAVE ADVANCED METRICS TO PROVE WHY THEY ARE BETTER THAN WHOEVER), but that wrestling match proved that while they might be hard workers- they aren't smart, and Cara is not self persevering at all in any aspect.
Cara also ****ed her hand up early on in the elimination. When that happens, you'll probably become hesitant to use your hand to do as much as you want

Yeah I still think Cara is a good COMPETITOR overall, but if you look at her skill set it seems like what she's typically good at is like...straight line speed kind of stuff and endurance. Do this activity for a long time. Finish this quickly. But, look at what happened in T-Bone, she didn't know how to take contact and still protect her ball...and she was the one giving the hit. I think Cara's in gym shape. Strong as **** for her size, can probably run for days, but if you dropped her on a soccer field or a basketball court...I think "clueless" would be generous.
I remember Derrick saying on one of his podcasts the way he judges if someone is a decent athlete is to watch them throw and catch a football and to see how they move when they're holding onto a ball. The good thing for Cara is that there isn't a lot of stuff like that and most things on the challenge are in here wheelhouse.
Cara also ****ed her hand up early on in the elimination. When that happens, you'll probably become hesitant to use your hand to do as much as you want
She actually protected the ball decently in the elimination. Her issue is how she moved, which doesn't have anything to do with her hand. But she won so I have to tip my cap to her...but I just think she went up against another girl who really didn't get how to do that kind of game.
Same thing goes with Johnny vs. Issac. Johnny moves like a guy who's played sports and knows what's up in that kind of game. Issac tried to just barrel at a guy who weighs approximately the same amount as him with only like ten feet of space to build up momentum. I'd be surprised if Issac spent much time on a football or soccer field or a basketball court. Nothing wrong with that, of course, but it's something that you can just read on someone when they play a game with a ball.
he most certainly is! quite yummy
As a guy I am surprised women find Johnny so ***ually attractive. Doesn't scream *** appeal to me.
I like Leroy and I am happy he is still in, I think he's getting dumped on a little too much this season for playing his pure survivalist style. With that said, the eliminations this season are too biased. If you have size and speed its a wrap. With this format CT. Laurel and Zach are night impossible to beat. They are just bigger than everyone else and not slow enough to where it will be a detriment. The smaller individual has nearly no shot at coming out alive. People like Jasmine, Jonna, Cohutta, Swift, they are at a huge disadvantage against the bigger competitors. They need to mix it up more, have eliminations based on wits, some based on endurance, or agility. These are so stacked to the bigger competitor its basically a death sentence for others. Physical combat sports have weight classes for a reason. Just not a whole lot Cohutta could do against Leroy, Zach, and CT in that elimination.
I don't really see Cara as whiny. She really has been in more eliminations than everyone else this season, and got pretty badly injured in two of them. I think she really only tweets about taking the bad things as they come and not giving up and 'heart' and everything when people are attacking her for playing the victim, or calling her spoiled or whiny.
I'm really rooting for her, and rooting for her and Laurel to make up. I don't know WHAT is up with Laurel, but I honestly feel like that girl has something else going on that makes her so ****ty sometimes.

Devyn is neither athletic enough, and even worse, not motivated enough. Even Jasmine doesn't half *** it, crazy as she can be. I seriously hope Devyn's ***** aren't bigger than her brain because she was out of line with that mess.
