My guess is he will Replace TJ as the host for the challenges.
I never see that happening. He's become a staple of the show as a competitor, but he's said himself that he is not well liked by production.
just like you don't consider FM cast members REAL cast members. Got it. I guess thats you're opinion and the rest don't agree, but what can we do?
Really? That's surprising.
It's probably because he "acts out" by hiding stuff, pulling pranks on them they are not expecting, and disappearing from the cameras when they are looking for him.

They intentionally brought CT in to embarrass him on Cutthroat. It's actually pretty unsurprising. I like TJ but the guy salivates over anything CT does and when Bananas smashed Isaac all he got was "Well it wasn't easy" even though he beat him 4-1. He also said "Congratulations" to Johnny for not pulling CT despite their record being 2-2 against each other head to head. I think Production hates Johnny...they bring him back because he has a fan base.

I highly, highly doubt they brought in CT just to embarrass Johnny. There's like a day in between the voting and the elimination round. They weren't sitting around waiting for him to be voted in and then call up the heavy hitters like, "OK CT AND TINA GO GO GO GET ON A PLANE TO PRAGUE!" They had to book the flights, arrange everything with CT and Tina so that they could take off a couple days of work, etc. I think it was just a fortuitous coincidence.

Hello all, new guy here but have been watching the challenges since Real World vs. Road Rules (1999 I believe?). Anyhow, CT was just on another level when he was on that elimination and I think if it wasn't Johnny first, it would have been someone else. CT was just a complete monster at that point and I'm sure he could have made just about anybody a backpack in that elimination.

I think, and it's not based on any info just what makes sense, they flew CT and Tina out in time for them to be around for the last 3 or so eliminations. Since there weren't guy/girl days that was only a period of about 8/9 days and they had them sit and wait for the opportunity that they thought would make the best television. They saw Johnny was going in and probably said "here it is" and brought him in. It wasn't even the last elimination. Why would you bring in the big hitter for the second to last elimination? Because of the opponent.
As much as I like Derrick and think he's a little monster himself, he wouldn't have been a backpack. He would have been a fanny pack.
Haha Nice.
CT is a legend. He is probally the best comoetitor in challenge history. That doesnt take away the fact that Since Bananas has won 3 challenges a d has 5 total challenge wins.
I read an interview with Bananas where he said CT is probably the best Athlete to compete on these shows. I was never really a fan of Bananas until recently. He has really grown on me. I think on Rivals 1 is when I started liking him and his persona. Not to mention, he's no slouch in the competition either.
Bananas seems too be compared to CT most of the time, and in a physical elimination kind of way. Where we have seen Ct backpack him. Thats why i think people might look past his efforts in daily challenges and his final appearances. If the entire challenge was based on physical challenges Ct would have alot of wins, but it is only a small part of the challenge. Bananas adepts very well to the different challenges and still makes it to finals. Lets remember that every season he has been on since Evan and Kenny left he has made it to the finals. He has had Paula and Camilla up to now. And as he said on afterbuzz Leroy does not really help his political situation that much.
"It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change."
Seems fitting to Bananas challenge career if you ask me.
What are you talking about. CT has mad 5 finals in 8 challenges he has competed on bot including the two he got kicked out for. He has lost 3 eliminations and all three has been bs. He got dq against Brad in the finals elimination he lost because of Adam in the last elimination if rivals, and lost to Bananas in the final elimination in free agents. Not to mention CT lost 4 finals because of his teammates and maybe if Diem put in some work CT wouldn't of gassed out so your argument is invalid.

What the ****? Diem owned that final. CT gassed out because he was trekking through deep snow, which is exhausting after some time, doesn't help that he's a heavy smoker (the only final he has ever won was the easiest one in past few years). Johnny was smart enough to retrace CT's steps to prevent gassing out. CT's failure in that final in no way pertained to Diem.
CT fans and their excuses... Long live Bananas.
Have you read my username, does it say CT? I am just not oblivious to the fact that CT is a better competitor then Bananas. Give credit where its due CT carried most of the weight, CT eat most of the food, and CT did most of the work. Then they were ridding the dogs why do you think CT and Diem were first? Because CT was literally running with the dogs or what ever they are while everybody else was standing up. CT did 90 percent if the work and all Diem did was carry her own body weight.
How about the fact that Bananas was gassed and had to take multiple breaks throughout the final that you call "easiest one in past few years" and Bananas has won the easiest final in challenge history.
On Battle of the Exes, they were told outright at the start of the second day just how long the final was going to be. It's CT's own fault he decided to not pace himself and cut a breakneck pace knowing that endurance was going to come into play.
On Rivals 2, I think Bananas was pacing himself more than him being actually gassed because he expected the final to be longer than what it was. I was personally shocked at how relatively short it was in distance compared to the finals they've had on in recent seasons, and the terrain was flat the entire way too.

Probably helped there wasn't an overnight portion like Rivals I.
Had the Rivals I finale been more like Rivals II, I would say that Mike & Leroy (had they got past the swimming part of course) would have been more likely to win (but probably wouldn't have still). Mike could have killed the puzzles, allowing them to get second, although they would've been killed on the physical parts.
Rivals was probably the hardest final ever. Exes was extremely hard but to me Rivals looked harder. I give props for Tyler winning it with food poision or whatever he had. I also even give Jenn props for competing in it because they both looked sick as ****.

I'd even give props to Mike. He was arguably the least athletic there & still managed to make it to the last day. Apparently it was Leroy who wanted to quit not Mike
I agree. I really didn't think Mike had it in him. He even thought to break the rock and put half in his sweater or whatever it was. I didn't know that Leroy wanted to quit.

"I don't know if you saw the Rivals reunion, but it was pretty much stated that Leroy wanted to quit early on and Mike's the only reason they kept going." A quote from the Rivals 1 thread.
