Off topic but what I don't understand is how challenge gets renewed and TRW doesn't based off of profit. Doesn't the challenge start off $350k in the gutter just cause that's the final payout? Plus plane tickets? How does the challenge generate more profit than the real world. I don't get it.

I think you're confusing MTVs expenses with Bunim and murray's expenses. Bunim and Murray have to pay the expenses. MTV just has to pay Bunim and Murray whatever they agree to air the show. If Real world isn't producing the ad revenue they want then they can drop real world and keep the challenge though. Bunim and murray on the other hand probably makes less money from the challenge while mtv probably makes more or something liek that. I'm not entirely sure since I don't know what the ratings really are.
i'm going to say it again; jay and jenna should not have been in teh final. i understand WHY but 100% i wish banany was there. Wouldve been a much more competitive final and no one would havegiven up
