Nah....Every daily challenge, there was a guy that did worse than him (and that includes Reily/Wes/Leroy/Knight/JJ/Jordan/Zach) and honestly up until that eating challenge he also didn't really did that bad in the final.

JJ sucked in his elimination but in terms of the challenges, it looked like he did about the same in all the challenges as Jay did...and then outperformed him in the swimming one (remember Jay getting out of the lake half dead?). They both made it about half-way across the tightrope, JJ with a heavier girl, and both made it to the peanut butter part on the second challenge.

Doing better than them on certain challenges doesn't mean he's an overall better competitor. Mike outperformed Johnny, Evan, Kenny, Wes, and Tyler on the car crush challenge on Rivals. You'd take him over those guys? You can, with a straight face say that Jay is a better competitor than all the guys you just listed? Setting Knight and maybe JJ aside?

Tj's job is to host. Not give commentary and give his opinions on anything regarding the game. He should be there to explain the rules of the game and Challenges, let the cast know when something unexpected happens and be at the end of the final challenge to say "congratulations! you win!" He is not jeff probst.
TJ's job is whatever BMP wants him to do. If BMP wanted him to cool it with the commentary they'd tell him. Just like I assume they told him to let Nany and Nia fight and not get involved like he has in the past. He answers to them, and if they're happy what he's doing then he should keep doing it, in fact he's said in interviews that they've told him to inject his opinion more often. Mute your TV if you don't like it.
No he shouldn't. It's unecessary as all hell. It's always been and always will be and I don't have to like it. I don't care what BMP/MTV wants him to do.
You don't have to like it, but you have to live with it. I know you know that TJ has a boss...someone he answers to. If your boss doesn't like the work your doing, they tell you to stop. Obviously BMP hasn't done that, quite the opposite. So because his bosses, who pay him, want him to continue, then he SHOULD continue. That's the way of the world. If the people who sign your check tell you to keep doing what you're doing you should either keep doing it or leave.

Debut lets be real you're ONLY defending him because you worship rookies and anyone who does three challenges is " tired". Some of us actually care about competition not just seeing another rookie who sucks .

Nah....Every daily challenge, there was a guy that did worse than him (and that includes Reily/Wes/Leroy/Knight/JJ/Jordan/Zach) and honestly up until that eating challenge he also didn't really did that bad in the final.
Doing better than them on certain challenges doesn't mean he's an overall better competitor. Mike outperformed Johnny, Evan, Kenny, Wes, and Tyler on the car crush challenge on Rivals. You'd take him over those guys? You can, with a straight face say that Jay is a better competitor than all the guys you just listed? Setting Knight and maybe JJ aside?
If you lined every guy on this cast up and told me I had to draft a team he would EASILY be in the bottom 2-3.
He did better than at least one person not just on certain challenges, he did better on every daily challenge compared to at least one person which is a huge accomplishment and doesn't justified him being the worst guy this season, especially since he had to do 10 challenge whereas people like Micheal/Leroy only had to avoid getting last four times. No, but it shows that he isn't the worst guy this season. The worst guy would mean that he would be bottom 2 for every daily challenge, which he didn't.

I mean yes on some level I get it but It's really just not a big deal that people are making it to be. He couldn't get it done and it looks bad on him but so what?

The Challenge ain't a charity, he deserved his spot in the final and thus having the chance for that money more than anyone else that didn't get to the final by getting eliminated once (Wes) or twice (every other couple).
Is it? Im genuinely curious because he was a lot worse at it BEFORE the head injury, imo. Like his first couple of seasons i cringed so hard. I think he's getting better, but still kind of sucks at it.

credit where credit is due, jay was better then knight and john j for sure....he performed better than many guys but was a cut bellow all the other guys at the reuinion
Personally, I enjoyed the scene with TJ & Jay/Jenna at the checkpoint. He was 100% correct in what he said to Jay. I loved it!!

JJ sucked in his elimination but in terms of the challenges, it looked like he did about the same in all the challenges as Jay did...and then outperformed him in the swimming one (remember Jay getting out of the lake half dead?). They both made it about half-way across the tightrope, JJ with a heavier girl, and both made it to the peanut butter part on the second challenge.
Knight I'll give him. Knight was bad this season.

This is exactly how I feel about Ms. Fail lol I will never become a fan of her but I did like how she told Leroy that Bananas really wasn't looking out for him in the game. She was also doing too much when she passed Jenna and said something like "Know your place, Jenna." LMAO like ok....that was super unnecessary.
