The only girl that had any say in what happened this year was Sarah. Every other guy ran their team, Even Nia, Nany and Theresa did what they were told regarding decision making. Lots of changed since the days of Coral and Veronica where guys went along with them because it was better than to face their wrath.
No, but you can try to convince the girls to make deals with each other/your team. It's better than completly ignoring them ...
It doesn't work on co-ed partner challenges...the guys will always control the politicals unless we get some women that refuse to allow that to happen

EXACTLY! I miss the strong minded girls who weren't afraid of politicing

It's easier to get your point across if you already have convinced the female and when she is with you when you talk to her partner with her on your side.

Indeed......
Another thing to that is specifically this challenge most the guys were way more experienced that their female partners except for Sarah/Jordan which is why she probably ran that team. This was Nia's second challenge and she was with a more experienced Leroy. Nany was with Bananas who has won 5 times so yeah obviously she is going to follow all of his orders because he's won 5 times. Theresa was with Wes is who one of the best guys when it comes to politics so she would be dumb not to follow him.

Again, the women (other than Sarah) didn't even try or want to take control. They made themselves irrelevant. There was no point in talking with them because they were just going to do what the guys wants. Hopefully that changes

Well if anybody sees them as irrelevent by the first who don't even if they don't help you this time, you made allies for future challenges.

It isn't about seeing them as irrelevant...they allowed themselves to be irrelevant. And, let's be honest, they tend to do that often...we have a lot of followers with the women. Even with the outspoken ones.
I'd love to see another duel in which the winner of each *** selects a member of their own *** to go into the duel and also gets to protect someone (no one can be protect two times in a row) and that person selected can pick anyone else. The guys have no say in the women's game and the women have no say in the men's game. That's the only way the women are ever going to take control. Other than Laurel & Sarah.
For the record, Diem would have ran her team as well

And it's not just the women either. Alot of the men are followers too. **** most people on these shows in general are followers.
And on another note I think it's Crazy how the women ran the game back in the day but now it's the men that run things. The pendelum sure swung the other way didn't it?
I don't even think females necessarily ran the game then ( the guys were always kinda cruel about picking on them as weaklings) but they sure as **** asserted their opinions and fought for them! That is what the new era is lacking...

Veronica completely ran Road Rules on The Inferno...Coral pretty much ran every challenge she was on until G3

Prior to the JEK era the girls ran the show. JEK made sure the ladies didn't have a place anymore. Now, that's also the fault of the ladies for allowing that to happen, but it's happened.

JEK wasn't the problem in this regard...Derrick & Kenny were more than happy to let Susie run the Champions team along with Evan. Now Johnny had an issue with it but not so much with Evan & Kenny.
BMP casting was the problem IMO. Few of the girls cast now would be willing to take that role...as opposed to The Inferno were Veronica, Holly, Christena, Coral and even Julie wanted to have control. Now we have people that talk a big game but are really just along for the ride. Most of these girls would throw missions to send girls home not even realizing it would hurt their chances of getting to the end.
Coral & Veronica ran shit with a iron fist. I feel like Evan & Kenny had a big part in it because that was their whole bullshit *** reason for wanting to send Coral home in the first place on Gauntlet 3 (under the guise of "we want less headaches on our team").
Then with Veronica, I remember a video with Evan, Ibis, Johanna & someone else and Evan made it a point to say how Veronica was in the same position as Coral & basically how they were running the show now.

So basically they wanted control and got rid of women that couldn't be controlled and were a threat to them. Sounds about right.
The casting of women was definitely better in previous seasons and even as just competitors, a lot of the girls just seem to have a "as long as I'm not last" mentaltity which sucks. I wish we got more strong-willed, competitive girls and we have some, but they're usually spread out and don't get more than a select few a season.

That's how I view it. I see where KVM is coming from regarding casting, but JEK were the main catalyst to how the game is played today.....

Not just that, but have some type of voice. Just don't be there to be party & bs, say something other than nonsense towards other females. Like on Rivals 2, Leroy was the girls man. How do you mess that situation up? Because they're not used to making any decisions anymore. That was one instance where you just had to drop your head.
I agree about the women. We don't really have alot of women who are strong willed and have an opinion and not willing to just let the men control everything.
I mean can you imagine if Zach was in the golden era and he said what he said about women and treated them how he did Jonna. He would've been torn to shreds.
And yes JEK did have a hand in establishing the gameplay of today....And you see the shitty *** effects of it.

Seeing Zach try to talk that shit to Coral, cl***ic Robin, Katie, or Tina would be hilarious. The girls these days just don't have strong personalities and take no shit attitudes.

What do people want Leroy to do on these shows other than learn how to swim? He's not going to have the allies that Johnny & CT can have. He's just not. So what is he supposed to do?
Talk to people and learn how to make allies.
And they'll screw him over like Johnny did. People don't worship Leroy like they do CT & Bananas.
Well he's gotta do something other than what he's been doing because it hasn't worked out for him.
I kind of disagree all he has to do is reach a final, following Johnny and CT is a good plan for that... he made it to the finals this season but he just did not win. Just get into the dance
Exactly. Following. And as long as he does that, Bananas will likely do him like he did up on that platform: Throw him to the wolves if its convenient.
Johnny did not send in Leeroy, jordan did... Leeroy said it himself if situation was reversed hed do the same.
Like evan did to Johnny on Gauntlet 3 , he didnt say his name he just didnt NOT say his name
His whole "don't want the blood on my hands" line makes it pretty clear what his intentions were. Even Sarah said he wasn't doing anything to protect Leroy. Sarah sae it. Even Theresa saw it.

Jordan killed that finale. I would like to see him alone, like FA finale. Both finales his partner have slowed him down.
He wasn't even tired. **** that dude is good at everything.. lol
