Don't they normally switch off between Real World and the challenge in terms of what airs first? If this is true besides the fact they aired at the same time due to moving up the date, the challenge would air first so my guess would be it would start in mid- December like this last real world did.

You're right. Those were the good days! Gauntlet 3 and The Island aired in 2008, Duel 2 and Ruins aired in 2009, Fresh Meat II and Cutthroat aired in 2010. I hope they go back to having two challenge seasons per year instead of us waiting every 6-7 months.

Hopefully, if they are smart they dont start anywhere in december. Real world ratings in December during the holidays were horrible, once we got to january it went up
I'm actually ok with seeing Camila again. As long as she focuses on the competition and less on the drunken/unnecessary drama, than I'm ok with seeing her back.
If she does weasel her way on, hopefully one of the new girls take her out....i'm all for her not getting on though.

Exactly I liked Emilee on Cancun but she has been nonexistent on the challenges. She's also really bizarre over social media lol
The fact that some of you would rather see Emilee over Nany is baffling to me. I get why some people don't like Nany but what has Emilee brought to the challenges she's been on? I can't even point to a specific moment of hers where I'd say, "Yup this girl is great TV ."
I don't even remember what she brought to real world cancun, jumping on Bronned zombie magazine didn't do it for me lol
She fought with Bronne over the zombie shit, got into with Ayiiia a few times, went off on Joey/CJ/Bronne for being drunk. She also had issues with Jonna but then they eventually became like sisters which I thought was cool because Jonna didn't really know how to be friends with girls and she ended up getting close to Emilee. Also I respect her for the only one to not get with Pat lol.
This is all off topic but she definitely did bring something to Cancun, just not the challenges.
That was all on the Real World tho. It is easy to engage in drama on one's RW season because they are guaranteed a full season (unless they do something to get kicked off). Plus there are only 7-8 people so its easy to capture drama. On a challenge with 24+ people, if those people don't make an impact, then they're done.
I would rather see Halley then Jenna. Hailey was out early but she showed potential in the challenge she did. I mean she was one of the only girls that actually finished it.

A lot of people don't seem to remember but 2005 had THREE challenges air during that year: the last few eps of BOTSexes 2, all of Inferno 2 & the beginning of Gauntlet 2. Good times.

wrong Sexes 2 started october 2004 and aired INTO 2005 not the same thing but I2 and G2 were the only challenges in 2005
