I have respect for Kelly for doing this if she didn't need the money but she knew Danny did. For the people like Melissa, Mike and Frank who don't need the money they should think of the other castmates that do. That money could send people's kids to college, be a down payment for a house or pay off medical bills. Like it's been said on here you could go sit and work on your laptop for 2 weeks. So hats off to her.
2 weeks that can hurt more than Benefit some of them with actual careers. Let say Frank accepts (which isn't happening) and then goes does or say something that isn't right on camera or unseen footage is released of him being problematic when he was 20 that can hurt his current job. It's good money but it can hurt those that aren't bananas or Julie on the long run.
That is a valid point. I think for Frank that makes sense so I get that. I think for Kelly or Melissa (both Melissas actually) that matters less. For Mike his fan base doesn't care what he says but he is so polished publicly he wouldn't say anything crazy. And for someone like Sean his base would like him more if they thought he was being attacked on the show for his views. But I could be wrong.
Why are people even talking about San Diego at all. It's never happening when robin is struggling, Frankie is sadly deceased and Jamie is too good to do this in this state of her life.
I don't want either Key West or Austin. I've gotten more than enough of Wes and John's ugly faces on The Challenge. I don't need to see them anymore. Especially not Austin which has turned out to be one of the most annoying casts ever produced. I didn't watch their original season because it sucked so bad and I won't watch their Homecoming either.
If they ask say Miami, B2NY and Boston. If they know we want older seasons they might try harder to get them. I will take a smaller older cast over a bigger newer cast any day. Imagine if they didn't do LA because of Aaron.
Honestly they shouldn't do either Austin or Key West. Austin was garbage and I have no desire to see Wes's ***** *** on my screen again. Key West Means I'd have to deal with Backpack/Paula/Tyler and I just have no desire to see any of those clowns ESPECIALLY Backpack.
They should just push hard for Miami, Philly or Vegas- theoretically Philly would be a good last option because of Karamo whose the equivalent of Tami in stardom & can get the show trending like she single-handedly did

It wouldn't surprise me if it was Philly based on Karamo. He's not only a celebrity, but he was one of the most unique examples of casting on the show - grappling with being stereotyped as a black man and a gay man. So they might like the idea of exploring that in today's climate.

I second this. The seasons with castmembers who have been on TV their whole lives will miss out on that authenticity in their entire project. Some of these castmembers are too self aware of their personas for things to develop organically as it has during these first two homecomings.
