There were no issues....Shauvon always felt Parisa took up more for the guys than the girls but they got over it after episode 14 aka the grilled cheese incident

Yeah you are right, it was during the teams talking in silence before the mission what the plan was and Shane was being loud so Steven in near silence told him to not talk so loud but Shane kept on talking loudly that Steven finally had enough and slapped him. Obviously, there is always a no violence for any reason in place so Steven was taken aside and sent to the minivan home while the rest of the team performed the mission and because of the slap event, production counted Steven's leave as an elimination.
