I don't like Kyle but I get why he's on the show.

I would never have given him a callback after Vendettas tho, I forget he was on it.

I would love a Kayleigh comeback. If she's not gonna do anything else, she's gonna play the game and be in the mix.

I would've stopped casting him after WOTW2. Provided next to nothing.

we finally agree on something ****

Kayleigh and kaliah would be great choices

Is Cory or hunter going to be on this

Kailah does need redemption, but I doubt she wants to commit to a 3 month obligation...

The Challenge needs to have a separate room/building for content creators. They're already hooking up regardless, and OF creators would still be able to film content while competing on the show. That way you have two streams of income the whole duration.

Kailah does not need this show nor is she interested in being held in jail for 12 weeks

This show shouldn't be filmed for longer than six weeks

Monday - Challenge

Tuesday - Elimination

Wednesday - Challenge

Thursday - Elimination

Friday - Challenge

Saturday- Elimination

Sunday - Off Day/Confessionals

This show shouldn't be filmed for longer than six weeks

The older seasons, which were better in my opinion, were filmed in a month maybe month and half and were just fine. They just hope taking longer to film with usual lackluster cast will produce something entertaining.

Kaliah probably makes a decent amount on onlyfans that it's not lucrative to miss 3 months for a chance at 500k minus taxes.

The extended filming makes zero sense in any aspect. It limits the cast availabilty and only gives you the most desperate. It overworks your staff. It drags things out unnecessarily. It isn't cost effective. There's literally zero reason for it. This is how you know Skye isn't all the way there in the head.

and that's why this show will remain in the gutter

a long filming season won't turn a lackluster cast into a pot of gold because you extend the filming schedule

They should be allowed to film their content and cameos on their off days. And EVERYONE not just productions favorite. If it were up to me, I would accommodate and do whatever to ensure I got the best cast possible.

I hope half the people on season 40 are over the age of 40

I hope 85% are.

what do they do with all the extra filming time? Honestly has this been explained yet?

The Traitors takes about a month to film and is more entertaining than a challenge season that films for 3 months how pitiful. Production wonders why this shit show isn't getting nominated for any awards and is constantly failing behind in culture relevancy

Peacock Netflix and Bravo have far surpassed MTV in just about every department. MTV used to have the game on lock with just about everything now look at em in last place lmaooooo

what does Peacock have?

Oh Godamber don't make konquerer mad like that!

Is this pic supposed to be intimidating?

oh yeah Traitors is on there my bad

Wow SeauxMTV is spitting facts!

why do they have to film for 3 months? They can film for a month and still get 15+ episodes i bet there is a ton of downtime where they arent doing anything anyways. Speeding things up may make these flops be more cutthroat too

It's crazy too because other than Bravo and Housewives fans their still isn't more loyal fanbase than Challenge fans. They will still watch and they don't deserve said loyalty.

Netflix in 1 year of Reality TV programming caused cultural shifts, people on every single platform in 70 countries were talking Squid Games like come on

What is the weekly schedule like?

I know it was two dailies/eliminations a week at one point.

When I watched The Challenge growing up you could tell it was so fun and it was something you wanted to be part of. Now watching, the fun factor is gone. Prison honestly looks more fun and you can see it on the cast, and it doesnt translate to good TV like they think. You can see the difference in energy on spinoffs. Long BB seasons have the same issue, also why the cast was so much more enjoyable on Reindeer Games.
