Do you think Laurel still acts the same way she did on Cutthroat and they just give her a better edit since she's well liked for her competition skills and she's now friends with Cara Maria (fan favorite)? Or do you think she actually did mature?
I think she did mature. She's never been too terrible imo. She was wrong in how she went about the Cara situation on Cutthroat, but she was always in the right as far as Cara making it that far because of her relationship with Abe. Her actions against Easy weren't great, but it wasn't like she randomly decided to attack him because she was bored. It's weird though, because I thought saw Nia and Laurel both following each other?
I have a lot more respect for the game ball-in as well now. That game last night showed there's more to scoring a ball than just knocking your opponent down. There's so much more to it and there's a lot of different ways to score and defend, and yeah the smaller person might still have a disadvantage because they can't straight tackle their opponent, but it's not a super unfair game like reverse tug of war which I never found interesting to watch.

Weird.. O_O. I wish they'd get along because I wanted them to :(.
just to settle the debate. Cory stated on Ex-Plosion that he is 190 and Thomas weighs 5 more pounds than him at 195. That would put Brian at around 170-180. Last nights episode was pretty awesome and I'm looking forward to the remainder of the season, I hope the ratings are great and we get to see more challenges moving forward, this is one of the coolest shows on TV and hands down the best reality show.
Thomas is 195???????? That can't be right he's the smallest one there. There's no way Brian and cory weigh less than tom. The only other explanation, since is obvious that tom has less muscle than all of them, is that he has more fat than muscle. But it didn't loo like it on tv. He looked scrawny. Either way, none of them are on free agents so this convo Gould be going into the real world explosion thread.
I've thought it over after letting the episode sink in. And I think I judged Chet a bit too harshly at first. If he got that cut so soon, who's to say it wouldn't have gotten worse if he continued? If even TJ(the hater of quitters) gave him the option to quit, it might have been for the best. Also, against stronger players, Chet's chances were't that good for just a chance at money. Think I'll let it slide this time.
What do you mean now, LaToya vs Jemmye was good but it sure as **** wasn't as good as Abram vs Brad
...Where in the **** did you come up with that assumption with tim's post? And obviously guys will dominate girls within that elimination setting...except for last night.
...Where in the **** did you come up with that assumption with tim's post? And obviously guys will dominate girls within that elimination setting...except for last night.
Yeah that had nothing to do with those 2 guys. I was just stating how I like the game a lot more now seeing that 2 people with who are different sizes can still have a great unpredictable match up without it just being the bigger person wrestling the smaller person out of the circle every time. I was just assuming this elimination game would be a bit boring. And I can't remember who played this game before so if there was another "upset" loss then I just can't remember it because of course I know it was used before in a previous season, I just can't recall in details how it went down.
"now" meaning it didn't exist after Brad vs. Abram Reading 101
Not going to lie, it's pretty difficult to read when people don't use correct grammar. Question marks and commas make a huge difference.
Not going to lie, it's pretty difficult to read when people don't use correct grammar. Question marks and commas make a huge difference.
I've seen a lot of users with horrendous writing. Grammar matters, whether it's in a forum or outside of one.
Everyone is teaming up on my grammar skills :( *embarassed*
Everyone is teaming up on my grammar skills :( *embarassed* :nonchalance:
No, it's cool man. I wasn't specifically talking about you, a large chunk of users here have pretty bad grammar.
Everyone is teaming up on my grammar skills :( *embarassed*
No, you just worded it poorly English isn't even the first language for some here so there's going to be mistakes and miscommunication
So if Chat had continued and won, would they have allowed him to compete anyway? i mean with stitches, he can't do water challenges. Dustin wasn't allowed to continue due to stitches in his knee. So at best would he have eliminated frank and than been forced to quit? I doubt BMP would have allowed him to do any physical missions with stitches on his chin

I think BMP would have given him the boot after he gave them what they wanted, a good elimination round.
I agree with you. I think BMP would have given him the boot after he gave them what they wanted, a good elimination round.
I don't buy that for a second but that's JMO
I don't buy that for a second but that's JMO
I asked it as an open ended question, but i was rethinking about it and either way he had to get stitches, i don't see how he could have competed in the missions with stitches on his chin. You can't be in water with stitches and if he got hit hard at all seems easy to split again. Seems BMP wouldn't want him to continue...
I don't buy that for a second but that's JMO
I don't know man, they sent Dustin (a good competitor) home on his first Challenge due to small gash on his knee. This is also the same production team that let Nia go crazy just for ratings. They're pretty shady. I think Chet did the right thing.
Just saw the premiere and it was great. THe house looks great. Loved them playing basketball and CT shaking that sweet *** of his. THe Mission was good but I don't like them all trying to kill each other up the stairs. I see Johnny's point in the deliberation but that's risky. Say that they send in Ct and Preston ends up drawing the unlucky card. Ct wins and comes back wanting to make some more custom Johnny backpacks...But I think this challenge is going to be about the chances and risks and which ones you're willing to take. Latoya kicked *** and I didn't mind Chet Quitting.
No afterbuzz for this episode? I miss Mark's insight on the challenge and hope they do a two-parter next week. Does anyone know if that's what's going to happen?
The trailer featured the following things Im excited about Jordan vs Johnny Bananas, Fingers crossed Jordan goes NUTS. Latoya actin' up all over what seemed to be Laurel (honest to god new favorite). Nany hooking up with everyone. Cara Maria and Theresa fighting. Gah, Im excited hopeful. What do you all think?
Analysis welcomed & appreciated anytime. Great stuff. :)

Does anyone know if that's what's going to happen?
Just checked Jesse's twitter and apparently it didn't happen because of technical difficulties. He said they'll make up for it next week so I guess a two-parter? Or maybe a few Challenge guests?
Next week is a pair challenge with the bicycles (where you see two yellow jersey people riding them and one falling over) There was a preview for it tonight during the rerun.
Not sure if this was posted but they do interesting recaps of Real World and Challenges...

I hope I'm wrong, though, because I'm rooting for these two to make it to the final.
Nia's name can be seen on her butt
I didn't see her name. Glad I'm wrong then.
