Ahhh that was such a good sneak peek! LMAO at Bananas putting Cara Maria in a choke hold.
Given her ********** past I thought she'd be more into it. Maybe Mandi hasn't explained to her the merits of a good choking.
I think that you can just tell by CT's body language that he doesn't give a **** on this one.
More so than Dunbar heading into Rivals 2?
This Challenge has been ****** awesome so far!
I just don't understand what they were doing when they were going up the flight of stairs like if I was Zach I would be bulldozing the other team left and right. At least Frank and Bananas were fighting all the way.
the first episode looks good, and it looks fresh glad that they didn't focus on the same people over and over again, lol with half of the girls already looking for a hook up.
Theresa has the game mood on her face, first time she shows that.
If I were the two teams in the stairwell I would've just said let's walk the first 30 floors like normal people and then we'll try to kill each other going up the last 10. And I'd bet that's what actually happened. I feel like I'm in pretty good shape, I run regularly, and every once in a while I'll walk the eleven floors to my apartment instead of taking the elevator...it isn't fun. And that's only 11 floors without six people trying to kill me on my way there.

I wasn't expecting all the madness going up the steps! That really surprised me! Like really! It was good though. I like how they broke things up too, it had a survivor aspect to it just more extreme and it didn't flow like how Survivor does but thats okay.
I'm just ready to see this voting and draw thing.

I would have died! On floor 4! Then I'm not good at puzzles and my balance is terrible so I would have been worthless this challenge!
Did anybody else laugh out loud when Preston told everyone to stop? I seriously don't know why BMP casted such a crybaby weakling like him out of plenty of other, more worthy challengers that could have done awesome in this format.
Not a surprise to me at all that he got picked last.
That was great can't wait to see the full episode. My favorite part was the picking teams aspect. The changing of teams is definitely going to give a fresh aspect every episode.
Other thoughts:
Poor Latoya. She looked like she was about to die. I'm pretty sure racing up those steps and getting rammed by other people was not fun. And it was probably hot from everyone's body heat in that stairwell. But I couldn't stop laughing at Nany saying she needed to work out more. Lol
Jessica is dumb. If you are afraid of heights then why you agreed to do it. This isn't the time to try and get over your fears. But congrats to her for being able to do it.
The rolling log definitely catered to the smaller people. Too bad they couldn't see it before deciding positions.
Oh, and it was neat to see Theresa's basketball game on display. Almost beat CT.
It'll be interesting to see if Bananas wins again. 40 flights is hard, but Frank looked like he was killing it and Bananas was definitely gassing out again.
Lol I really like this challenge so far. The concept is very fresh and I was actually happy that they showed footage of them having fun and stuff. And the mission is good. However, johnny putting cara in a head lock was not cool. Lol at jordan and johnny not very happy about nia being there.
I love latoya. Everytime they gave her camera time she said something funny. Too bad she gased out but I doubt she was the only one.

Awww, we have a sensitive Sally here.
It's The Challenge: go hard or go home.

When did the Challenge become more than a TV show and more of a low level D1 competitive sport of some sort. It's amazing reading some of the comments , The challenges original purpose was so we can see what the alums were up to post RW/RR and to see RW roommates compete in a similar to a RR environment now it's like some sort of sports game where only people who are physically strong , should be allowed , smh. Competition personalities could never take the place of TV personalities , The Challenge would be extremely boring , A lot of people forget this is also a paid vacaion for some of these people.

I didn't get the vibe that Johnny and Jordan didn't want Nia there... I got more of the vibe Jordan didn't want Jessica there.

Same here.

Jordan was acting really cocky. Undeservedly, in my opinion.
Jessica was already annoying me so much. Props to her for making it across but she just annoys me. Johnny R. & Jordan didn't really say much about Nia. Nia is probably trying to be cool with Johnny R. to get back at Averey. I'm suprised Nany thinks Johnny R is so attractive.
Also I love Issac. I hope he gets shown a lot :)

He's good competition wise but his personality will alway be his downfall in the game.

MTV's Challenge has come a long way from just eating some cookies and spinning around trying not to puke. I think it should be considered a sport of some kind, it tests your athletic and psychological strengths to the fullest. If this show was like I Love Money then it wouldn't get as much views because of the lack of crazy and funny personalities. However, those personalities are made up for by the athleticism some of these competitors bring. I'm so happy how much The Challenge has evolved into a sport-like game.
Devyn should of been last picked or second to last. It was funny how Chet and Jonna the so called puzzle experts lost to CT and company.
Who ever said Chet was a puzzle expert?
Devyn should of been last picked or second to last. It was funny how Chet and Jonna the so called puzzle experts lost to CT and company.
CT has always been good at puzzles. That's how he beat Evan on The Duel and solved the preliminary puzzle on Rivals 2 with Wes and the first puzzle in the final with Wes on Rivals 2.
I'm not sure what happened on Inferno 2 though...
The show has come a long way but a large percentage of these people are not athletes. If they do consider the challenge a sport, then I actually feel sorry for them because the top tier athletes on the show don't even make 2 percent of what top athletes in other sports make.
Pick order (Team Nia, Team Chet)
Round 1: Jordan, Camila
Round 2: Laurel, Frank
Round 3: CT, Cara Maria
Round 4: Aneesa, Zach
Round 5: Cohutta, Jonna
Round 6: Nany, Dustin
Round 7: Bananas, Theresa
Round 8: Devyn, Isaac
Round 9: Johnny R, Jemmye
Round 10: Jessica, Leroy
Round 11: Swift, Emilee
Round 12: Jasmine, Brandon
Round 13: Preston, Latoya
Team Red just looks weak! Nia picked one hell of a team, Team Black is pretty stacked besides Jasmine, Preston & Devyn.

To be honest I very much doubt Nia picked that team. She picked Jordan...then Jordan picked the team. He actually knows a large number of that cast athletically. It's kinda like how on Cutthroat the captains really only made the first pick...then wiser minds took over.

I mean it looked like Chet and Nia both picked there teams. It doesn't look like anyone was in there heads just from the order of things.
