How do you figure Marlon & Jordan won?
I never said Chris & Wes didn't win the final either. What I said was that without saying that they won, they came home with the most money. This speculative hocus pocus since then is all on you guys.
So you didnt say they lost, and you didnt say they won but they made the most money but Johnny/Marlon's team did not win HUH?! Ok so townie is implying they won, or not god knows, youre not very good at directing us to what actually happens lol your comments make it sound like every possible outcome happened

You appear to have uncovered townie's insidious plan. Well done, Inspector Closeau!:monkey:
If they won the most money there's nothing really confusing going on. They either won the final, or made up enough winnings along the way with final money of some amount to end up with more than anyone else. Regardless the common denominator is they had to do more than Johnny and Frank, surprise? Hahahaha
Or...he really has no clue but is being very loyal to his friend, CT. I can admire that.
This isn't the first time townie has done this. Perhaps some of these newer members can go back and see what townie did after the first Rivals.
If producers really wanted CT to finally win a challenge and pleased viewers they should of paired him with Johnny and not Wes, Wes and Frank was a better dramatic rivalry imho.
If producers really wanted CT to finally win a challenge and pleased viewers they should of paired him with Johnny and not Wes, Wes and Frank was a better dramatic rivalry imho.
Wes and Frank had one (one sided) drunken argument. CT and Wes had a rivalry throughout the first Rivals and an argument on the Duel.
CT/Johnny would have been an auto-win, no one wants to see that. If CT didn't win this one straight up I'd rather he do it on a Duel 3, the first Duel he got screwed the second he got sent home, singles is the best way for him to win
For those of you bashing Johnny and saying that he tries to avoid elimination rounds, that is the case for most of the cast members. No one wants to go into one. When Evan called CT out in duel 1, CT asked him why? He obviously didn't want to go. In inferno 1, when they said CT should go in, he didn't want to. No one wants to go, so don't sit here and say that CT will gladly volunteer, bc thats far from the case.
Next, in case you guys are unaware, Johnny beat Dunbar in the last ruins elimination round in a tough physical win. Then he did the same thing against mark in a tough physical win in exes. I consider Mark and Dunbar 2 potentially strong guys, especially Mark, he's a legend.

There's a belief that Mark threw that elim to have some of the winnings since he knew he wouldn't make it far with Robin in the final. If he had beaten Mark fairly and 9 years earlier maybe it'd be impressive. He's what? 50 challenges in and the only elim he's won alone was against Dunbar? Sorry if I'm not impressed. How many daily challenges has he won? He underperforms on the daily challenges and rarely performs in an elim, his Final wins don't make up for his Challenge performance/attitude (the whining and relying on his buddies) for me..I'm not the biggest fan in the world of Wes but the guy has stepped up numerous times
So I've been reading this whole "more money" thing and if CT/Wes really did come back with the largest raise of their bank accounts and they didn't win the season, MTV/BMP would probably throw everything out the window when it comes to reward the best/winner of a show with the largest prize (whatever that's money, contract etc.) reward. The Challenge is a show where you do all this crazy stuff to win some money ("fame", experience, paid vacation, appearance salary etc. are just a minor role for us viewers ) and if in a competion show like The Challenge the winner don't get the biggest reward then this whole show would be a complete joke. The winner overcame every obstacle better, faster than the second, others and he doesn't get the biggest reward for that? That would be morally pretty questionable.
Plus I still dont understand all this Johnny bashing. He's one of the best social player, because in every interview you read with some cast members they've high praises for Johnny and he figured the format/cast members etc. rather quickely so he builds his alliances even before the challenge. That is a huge advantage and socially/strategic brilliant. People forget that in his last two seasons, his team won the most daily challenges and when it mattered they even won the elimination rounds and he/his team didnt made any single mistakes in both finals. Finals that were by far the toughest finals in Challenge history. Quick resume who he beat in his last seasons/finals (Leroy, Kenny, Wes, Mark, Dunbar and CT).

I'm no fan of Johnny at all but to say he sucks at daily challenges and underperforms..... where were you the last few seasons? Johnny/Tyler won the most challenges on the male side on Rivals, and on Exes Johnny/Camila won the most challenges.

If you think that was because of Johnnys abilities and not his partners being superior and opponents being inferior then feel free to believe that. The other good team on Rivals was Kenny/Wes and they were coming in last every challenge. Not that hard to win when your best opponents are losing. Or when people legit had beef with the people they're with instead of a friend from the same season of RW lol..I just think Johnny is the weakest Challenge winner, and the amount he's won doesn't reflect what he does during the show. We watch 9 weeks and in the final Johnny wins without anything more than him scheming along the way

Look what happened when he had to go first, he came in dead last. They never had to go first on Rivals and got to go close to last pretty much every time on the last two.
I find it funny when people try to argue that Johnny isn't that great of a competitor. His wins speak for itself. On exes him and Camilia won most of the challenges and it was because of Johnny not Camila. And yeah he doesn't go in eliminations a lot and it is because he has a great political game that has kept him out. Also the final on Rivals and Exes were extremely hard. They were 2 day finals and Johnny won both of those so yes IMO Johnny is one of the best competitors overall.

The Island: Would have been taken out had Abe stayed; lucky.
The Ruins: With that scrub of a Challengers Team?
Rivals: Kenny/Wes had a 45-minute lead which got shortened to a 3-minute one.
Exes: Had one of the better females as a partner.

Nope that was the law of physics...Even if they had gone last they'd have still struggled...
...and you know what I love about this regular Johnny-is-worth-**** argument here on Vevmo...
If the members here were in a position where they'd have to pick either CT or Johnny as a partner for a challenge, the ones who'd actually like to make money would pick Johnny in a heart-beat.
Bring on the hate, but it's the truth..

All this. Especially with Ruins/Rivals. I think Johnny fans only watch the Finals he was in and give him credit. The Challenge is a 6 week test. Since I'm in finishing school mode I think a class is the best analogy for the challenges. What Johnny does is the equivalent of skipping class the whole semester, failing or getting by on the quizzes, then hoping 100 on the final will impress someone when that's the only thing he did the whole semester. What CT does is the exact opposite, he's like a kid who shows up the whole semester and puts in the work, aces the quizzes then does bad on the final because he's done too much along the way
Ask any Professor which student they'd like more. Odds are the CT situation would get the kid an A for hard work, and even with a 100 on the final the Johnny kid would still look like an idiot and would probably lose points for putting in no effort in the class
Hahahahaha now that I'm amused by that silly comparison, it actually does makes sense. Not that I think he cares but Johnny will most likely never be given the level of respect a different cast member would get for being a multi time winner

Are you kidding me? Emile is far more superior than camilla, and diem and camilla are at the same level. Next people are going to start saying that darell's 4 win's don't mean anything.

He meant out the whole cast, which is the truth

So basically you're saying CT chokes and can't perform in clutch situations but bc he trained and his heart was there we should give him points. Ha, please.
I agree CT is the strongest competitor out there, but what I don't like is that you cannot give Johnny credit when it is due. At the end of the day, look at it this way. The last 2 challenges that CT has been on: he lost to johnny and then lost to johnny. Don't come back and say it was adam's fault or that he used up his energy so johnny could run in his tracks. These are the facts and they are undisputed.

You really think that T-Bone loss was Johnny beating CT? Hahahaha please. My comparison also wasn't saying CT chokes, my point was more like CT will be viewed as an all around better challenger and rightfully so regardless of the "final wins"..I give a lot of people more credit than Johnny. I haven't tried taking Darrells wins away have I?
I think darrell earns his keep, he stepped up in ruins big time especially. People always think those who don't give credit to johnny either don't like him or are fans of somebody else. That's not the truth, johnny doesn't get as much credit because he simply doesn't deserve it. I give darrell and wes full credit and I think they step up, I also think they've performed at a top level like ct does throughout the challenge. Argument fail, I give people credit where credit is due and johnny deserves very little for someone who has "won" a few imo
Whether or not Johnny is a good competitor is not on topic.. It's stuff like this argument, that's been had multiple times, that makes it difficult to want to post anything on this site or comeback to read it.
Let's get back on topic :)
Johnny is the Terry Bradshaw of The Challenge. 4 championships, but no one considers him an all-time great quarterback.
CT is the Kevin Durant (previously the Lebron James) if he just gets one official win he'll be without a doubt the best the show has had
Johnny is a good competitor, but what he excels at is at the political game. I mean don't get me wrong he is physically good too, but there are at least 10 other men that I would pick to be on my team over Johnny just based on physicality.
Also people don't like to give him credit because he is a ******** and they just don't like him. I'm one of those people too.
If they can get enough awesome competitors for a duel 3 it'll be interesting to see how Johnny will fair. I bet he wouldn't/doesn't win.
EK have thrown Johnny in because they considered him expendable.
Kenny does okay at the daily missions but he does have Finals clutch like carrying Wes up a mountain.
