The Duel II: New Zealand

Also, knowing Nick Brown is a friend of Vevmo, and he has nothing but great things to say about her, makes me look forward to seeing more of her.

I'm sure she is single after that fiasco with Will.

I thought she got back together with her boyfriend after that, though. She seemed like a cool enough girl, it's just that she got wrapped up in that Will drama. I don't know how long she will last, but maybe we can see something good from her on this challenge. She needs more screen time. Didn't someone say something about Issac thinking she was cute before?

Awww man! I love Brittin. After Hollywood wrapped, I was sad that she would never do a challenge because of her modeling carrer, but here she is. :D I hope she's not the first female sent home.

Ah well I have to admit I was hoping for someone else but hey take what you can get. Brittini might end up surprising us all and lasting a while on the challenge...either way it'll be interesting to see her on there just to see how she handles it.

They're not telling us anything about The Duel or anything about BMP, for all we know she could be visiting her Cousin's Ex-Girlfriend's Friend's Brother's Best Friend in Cancun or something. She doesn't imply that she's going to compete in New Zealand with other crazy people. :D

She could very well make it to near the end who knows.

I am so happy the Duel is back, for the guys i am really pulling hard for Landon. He's a Leo and so am i, haha. I honestly feel like he would be the best match up for CT in the Duel, I feel he's just as strong, quick and agile so if anyone has a shot to take him out i think it'd be him. Landon is my early pick to win it for the guys. For the girls i think Rachael could win it, but I thought she'd be one of the winners on the island and look what happened.

On the Island, she really didn't have a lot of old school vets to back her up. Plus, with this elimination process you actually have the chance to save yourself and win. There's not much you can do if your fate is left to popular vote and most people don't like/know you.

Plus, she has now established friendships with some of the newer cast, who will also be on The Duel II. Not to mention she is surrounded by people she knew previously, such as Coral, Katie, Brad, Mark, Landon. I think she will do much better this time around. :)

As for Rachel, I love her and she looks like she can beat anyone at anything, but she hasn't really been amazing for me. I hope she'll do much better this time around.

I'm happy they are getting new people! Also, I'm glad to see someone from a different season (Landon from Philadelphia). Some seasons tend to get lost and we don't see much of the cast on challenges. Even if Landon comes across as a jerk (I don't think he will; he seemed cool on the Inferno II), it'll be nice to see someone different.

Well only one guy and one girl left to add. I still wonder who's the cast member that was dropped..as it's getting closer and closer to the departure date, I thought our little cast list would grow faster, but I kinda like the suspense. Has anyone notice that this will be the second challenge where they isn't a debut season. The first was Gauntlet 2, where a new season of Real World or Road Rules wasn't added to the cast. (I doubt the Brooklyn kids would be added to the cast). Am I the only one that notices little things like this? :sofa:

We may not have two more confirmed cast members, Bacchus said in the first post there will be a max of 30 people. Plus, he also deleted the part where it said somebody is dropping out. Maybe nobody is dropping out anymore.

I'm kind of surprised that people think Tori is so strong. The only thing I can remember about her from Gauntlet 3 is that she really annoyed me. Is she an athelete or something?

She is, but she also did really well on Road Rules: Viewer's Revenge. I hated her on G3 too, but then I saw her season of RR and liked her a little more (or at least respected her as a competitor). It still bothers me, though, that she almost quit the Gauntlet because she had to go against her friend, who was clearly an inferior competitor.

I think the strongest female is Aneesa.... As far as the men go, I can't decide between CT, Brad, and Mark.... sorry, but Tori doesn't have a chance against Rachel. The only girl that has a chance is Ruthie, because she is like a boy derrick.
