We need to at least keep the RR thread alive since the show isn't returning! Come on everyone! SHOW YOUR ROAD RULES SPIRIT!

Viewers Revenge did suck and it absolutely was the nail in the coffin, but for me, Road Rules ended when they started voting people off. That was so lame.

The vote off thing made it like all of the other reality shows that were popular at the time (Survivor, Big Brother, Amazing Race, etc). RR started doing bad around Semester at Sea. I don't think people liked the concept very much with the roadies not being in an RV. MVT didn't do any better so they threw the vote in to make it like all of the other shows. Out of all of the vote off ones, South Pacific would win for me. I think it's the best season RR has ever had.
This is both off-topic AND on... We went to a water park yesterday and they had a 25 foot cliff jump. It was amazing. HUGE drop (and quite scary from the top looking down!) Made me think of RR: Australia...I remember then jumping from 3 different heights...does anyone remember specifically how high it was? (I also remember Piggy and someone else doing the 3rd height...) Anyone remember any of the deets?
I remember that but I don't remember how high it was something like 10 feet, 20 feet, 30 feet? I think Piggy and Christina did the drop together. That was really cool though in terms of the stuff they got to do but I would say the Quest and SaS had the best missions, though I think I would've rather done the Europe trip. But I still really liked Australia, I wonder what's up with Kefla, he and Piggy were my favorite cast members that season.

In a way I agree... Their final mission was L A M E.

I think I just like that they were travelling around the world and doing a lot of cultural missions, there's only so many creative ways you can bungie jump. But actually in terms of more exciting missions Latin America was pretty cool too, I forgot about them.

Their first mission alone was awesome and they also had a pretty bad *** final mission too! Another thing that bothered me about SaS (don't get me wrong, it's an incredible season, but it did have a lot of faults) was their handsome reward. All of the other RR seasons got cars, but SaS got computers. I feel like they sort of got cheated. I guess 10 years ago, getting a computer would be a much bigger deal than it is now.

But yeah I might have been like "where's my car!" hahaha. I always forget about Latin America for whatever reason but they did have some really great missions.

I'm only ranking the ones that I've seen enough episodes of to have an opinion of it: BEST South Pacific Latin America Down Under Semester at Sea Europe Season 2 Islands Season 1 Northern Trail X-Treme Viewers Revenge WORST I didn't see MVT, The Quest, or CC.

I also really, really liked Latin America!

I've only seen Campus Crawl, South Pacific, Extreme, and the first half of viewers revenge. I guess Campus Crawl would be my favorite since it is the first one I watched, the first season of RW I watched (B2NY) was my favorite too. I tried to get into Viewers Revenge or as Bacchus used to call it Revenge on the Viewers, but I couldn't do it. Especially after Veronica was no longer on the RV and Abe got kicked off. I was done. Susie and Kina? Hell no. I also heard that the series did so bad the last couple episodes were canceled, can anyone confirm this?

Seen everything from the second half of 1999-2007
I also heard that the series did so bad the last couple episodes were canceled, can anyone confirm this?
I've heard that too. ... and just think, if they did a regular RR season, they wouldn't have been able to cancel it because it wouldn't have been LIVE!
I've heard that too. ... and just think, if they did a regular RR season, they wouldn't have been able to cancel it because it wouldn't have been LIVE!
It's true. They cut down production by a week or two I believe.
I'm currently watching Semester At Sea. So far, it is pretty good.
I'm currently watching Semester At Sea. So far, it is pretty good.
Semester at Sea is a good season, but to me it was only really good because of the girls (Veronica and Ayanna in particular). The guys all seemed nice, but they got ****ty storylines. I wonder what Pawel and Pua are up to... They're the only ones from SaS that didn't do a challenge.
Campus Crawl is a great season. I loved it. It goes number 1 in my list now. But we shall see how The Quest turns out. 1 - Campus Crawl 2 - South Pacific 3 - X-Treme (Based on half of it) 4 - Semester At Sea 5 - Viewers Revenge ? - The Quest
I would love for older seasons to air so I can see them. I only started watching Road Rules during X-treme.
I have just seen what is probably the funniest thing on Road Rules. On The Quest, when the cast had to make a cake and deliver it to get paid, children in the city were having fights with eggs and meringue. The cast was supposed to walk through this area without the cake getting ruined at all. A little girl starting shooting meringue out of a little gun (forgot what it is called) at the cast and Steve turned it around at the girls face and shot it at the girl saying "Why are you hitting yourself!? Why are you hitting yourself!? Why are you hitting yourself!?", that was a great moment. A few seconds later, a girl tackles Blair. Classic.
Didn't Coral Jisela have beef?
Didn't Coral Jisela have beef?
Yeah. Coral just upset because Jisela's behavior on the BtNY cast's vacation, which Malik invited Jisela on, was not cool since Malik really liked her. Also, Jisela taped herself dissing the BtNY guys, and they were annoyed since she was a guest. I think it was a situation of Coral feeling like the guys were her brothers (Malik in particular) - especially at that point when everyone was getting along much better, and she didn't think it was great how Jisela was handling things. Rachel also seemed to be annoyed with Jisela in the BtNY book, saying something about Jisela being kicked off her show and trying to get air time on theirs.
The Quest was good but not better than CC, imo.

The Quest was without a doubt amazing! I mean Ellen, Jisela, and Katie just made that season. I'll never forget Ellen getting rocks thrown at her.
The Quest was without a doubt amazing! I mean Ellen, Jisela, and Katie just made that season. I'll never forget Ellen getting rocks thrown at her.
That was epic. I disliked Adam throughout the season. He excluded Katie from the group when she first arrived and said in a letter that she had to sleep on top of the RV? That is ridiculous.
