I hope BMP has realized that it's better not to pair the guys up who have beef but have them on the shows together. Like johnny/wes would work perfectly fine together we know this. just look at Wes/kenny ..they joked around btu had no drama...It's much more drama when they are on the same shows and hate each other, and against each other. If theyhad zach/frank and ct/johnny and wes/someone on rivals 2, their would have been A TON of drama. Becuase frank and johnny would never have buried the hatchet knowing they were going ot be partners, and it would have been a lot of drama.
That drama between them woudl have carried over onto other shows too. It is possible they would have aligned, btu still woudl have had underlining hatred in future shows. Now since htey paired them, they were cool with each other and all that trash talk before the shows never amounted to any good on camera feuding between frank and johnny. BMP truly missed a great opportunity for the new kids to challenge the vets and for kind of a torch passing.
THis johnny/Wes back and forth stuff is hilarious and even on twitter. They really missed a big opportunity with how they paired frank up on Rivals 2...If it was Bananas/Wes even on rivals 2 and frank and zach their would definatley have been drama imo. Maybe they would have teamed like i said, but still in future shows they would go at each other to me. Frank got a chance to befriend all johnny's aliances because he was paired with him, so that took a huge part of potential drama out.
Johnny/Nany pretty sure didn't "hook up" for a year, but they did flirt/talk for a year and hooked up at some point after months of talking. Either way it's a paring and nany is acting like she isn't over it, so unless she is acting which i doubt, it's fine. Or maybe whenn Nany's drunk she only has feelings for Johnny haha. That seems more realistic
Watched the dvr of this episode at 3 this morning and fell asleep during the elimination but I'm liking this season a **** of a lot. Even though I am very critical of Diem, my heart sunk when Theresa called her. I was like "this ***** done left the room with her by herself to get CT. Please tell me this isn't the episode we've all worried about".
Another thing why the **** was it that hard to throw up peanut butter. my god.
And I love peanut butter but Jenna's right, the smell is annoying sometimes. I love licking the knife though.
I have a bigger problem with the Johnny/Nany pairing than I thought I would. The whole "secret fling" thing is bull shit, created only to get Johnny on another challenge he does not belong on. They did the same thing in Rivals 2 with him and Frank, some BS "twitter feud", get the ever loving **** out of here with this shit.
I'm interested to see how they'll get him on the next Battle of the Seasons with no Key West. "Uhh...he guest starred in so and so season, so he can be on that team!"
What they had was more legitimate than at least half of the "relationships" that are on the show, despite the fact that it wasn't on camera. They were hooking up for close to a year...a much bigger deal than Leroy/Nia, Dustin/Jess, Sarah/Jordan, Wes/Theresa, and both AYTO pairs.
And they didn't need to stretch Johnny to be on Rivals 2. If they were desperate to just have him there they would've bumped Wes (or given him a different partner) and given Johnny CT. They wanted him with Frank likely because they figured that they'd fight with each other more and if he was paired with CT they'd just stomp everyone. It's not like he had no other options and they had to force something to justify his being there.
You know for a fact that this "realtionship" was "legitimate"? Or are you just buying the shit they are selling? MTV is fake as ****, and has been known to create fake shit for ratings. How much of this relationship do you know of besides them telling you it existed?
The show is about relationships we know existed, Battle of the Exes. Even if this "secret fling" actually happened(and I don't buy it for one second), then they still shouldn't be a pairing on the show. This relationship happened off screen, in front of absolutely no one. Every other relationship on the show was on camera, that's where the drama lies. This would be like having a rivals pairing where all the fighting and arguing took place offscreen...oh wait, they already did that with Johnny and Frank.
I would be a lot less cynical if this was the first time it happened, but this is now the second time Johnny has been on a niche season where all of his drama conveniently took place offscreen. This doesn't happen with anyone else. I'm not buying MTV's fake bull shit.
The Wes/Bananas dynamic has been TV gold so far. I loved it how those two teams sat down to discuss politics and it just turned into a personal attack between Nany and Theresa. Wes and Bananas were just sitting there like "*** is going on?" Sucks for Nany, but what Theresa said to her was the truth. Nany even admitted it in the confessional, "So what if I have no respect for myself?" I mean that was the jist of their conversation. Theresa telling Nany she has no respect for herself and she can't expect others to have respect for her when she acts that way. Nany was only crying because she knew it was the truth.
Also, the Johnny/Averey team is great to watch because their feelings are REAL. I am rooting for them big time.

I wonder if bananas will be the only one to have partners off screen, like if production would be willing to set up other people that have drama/hook up outisde the challenges. I wouldn't have mind to see ashlee on this challenge with zach.
Speaking of Ashlee, --does anybody know if Ashlee and Zach were getting back together before this was filmed? My friend is obsessed with her and listens to her on the radio everyday. He swears she said recently that Zach cheated on her with jenna during this challenge. But if I remember correctly, They were already broken up for months. I remember a few friendly tweets after the breakup but don't remember when. And I know somebody made the comment that Ashlee hates him now. does anyone know if there's any truth to that?
They'll do literally anything to have Johnny B. on the show because the teenagers love him smh. I think they have asked Coral for every season though, she just declines. Same with Svetlana.

They don't have to literally do anything when it's true. Plus didn't your girl Nia give Leroy a******** off camera, yet your cool with her being on Exes 2.

Trying to figure out what that has to do with her, nor where I denied that pairing wasn't stretched to ****...but even so, that whole situation did happen on a challenge (somewhat on camera), the actual knob-slobbing didn't.
They will do anything to have him on at this point & he'll do anything to be on. He already wrote an angry letter about not being on Seasons 2.
I have so much to say in response to so many comments but I'm having difficulty formulating my thoughts haha. So I'll just keep it light. My favorite part of the whole episode was during the elimination when Averey yelled out "go Johnny baby" and then on the interview Johnny responded with "that's disgusting". hahah. I actually love those two. I'm already annoyed with bananas.

Her wanting more from Leroy doesn't say anything about her "self respect"... it says a lot about Leroy's lack of respect for women. And her thing with Kenny and Wes was years ago, that's all people have to even slightly compare to Nany's situations.. Nany's been on many shows, and she's still ******* around..

the biggest man ***** is and always will be Johnny Bananas.
**** why can't the girl ***** around?
She's hot. The guys on the challenge are hot. They should bang. I'd do the same. Like why the **** not hook up? Should she just not have *** because she's already slept with alot of the cast? Should she just stop completely because her number is too high? As if any of the dudes on the challenge would stop **************. Nany should keep doing her thing.

Just out of curiousity, has anyone else been unable to watch the exile on mtv's website? For some reason it keeps telling me that the video can't be viewed from my location... any ideas?

LOOOOOL.
No, I agree. Johnny has other women that they could have put him with. It's another excuse to see the man win.
Back for Exes 2, Episode 2. Remember that episode of Family Guy with the little 'Shoving Buddies' advert on the bottom? That's literally what ever Exes opening sequence is.
Hilarious, ironic fate. Sarah's still cursed guys.
Johnny is Kenny, Nany is Johanna, Averey is Wes....and Zach and Jenna are idiots.
The episode starts off in the only club in the country they're allowed to travel to, and it's clear that they're trying to really push this whole 'Averey and Johnny Are Exes But Johnny Banged Nany On A Couch Last Season' thing. Averey and Johnny are pretty much the only two exes with real, actual tension between them that hasn't been solely pushed by the term 'Exes' on this show. On the other side of the club, Zach and "model" Jenna are auditioning for the eventual Exes 3 with their budding relationship. God, please be a puzzle.
Anyway, I find it hilarious that Jonna and Jay are plotting from all the way on the other opposite end of this club (never ending opposite ends in this club). It's like they couldn't find a way to get any real screen time early in the show and this is the best they could come up with, being the hating exes.
Side Note: Cara Maria's Tweets
Let's get this out of the way first: I love Cara Maria. Her story from the first Fresh Meat in having no confidence and slowly building it over the last 7-8 seasons on TV is great development. With that said, I've compiled a Twitter List with everyone who's ever been casted on a Challenge that I care about (because it's easier/less annoying than actually following them), and seeing the weekly tweets for the past couple months of her slight disdain about not being on the show is annoying.
A couple seasons ago during Battle of the Seasons, people gave Bananas a bunch of **** because he was incredibly vocal about not being casted for the show. He was called bitter, old, everything under the sun -- and it feels the exact same way with Cara Maria. Every tweet has a slight toward the casting "I guess I need to hook up with more people" or "thanks for representing in my absence". Just enjoy the show. I guess I'm annoyed by it. I see why Bananas dislikes her.
Meanwhile...

The 'I Hope My Parents Don't Find Out What I Do For A Living' Challenge
TJ says this challenge is called 'Rounding The Bases', and it's a pretty clever Challenge if you ask me. There's four stages to this Challenge and each one represents the escalating bases metaphore in every relationship. Props to The Challenge producers for finding something on the ground and not including water. The dynamic between CT and Diem continues to be perfect tumblr gif material (aka relationship goals!), on the other side of the spectrum Johnny & Averey are completely awkward. COMPLETELY. The mid-way point between it all is probably Jemmye & Knight.
Quick Notes:
Johnny & Averey losing is perfect. We've never seen either of them in the elimination and that's probably the most intriguing thing ever to see if Free Agents Johnny can actually hang.
Jordan gives the second base of this Challenge two thumbs up. Poor guy.
Third base of this Challenge adds the throwing up and dislike of certain foods to Jenna's profile. She's a real model, huh?
I'm down with Bananas & Nany winning the second Challenge, but I was hoping the rookies would be giving the veterans a bit more a Challenge.
The Difference between Boys & Girls on these Challenges (maybe in life?)
So, Bananas and Nany win this Challenge and of course they decide to have conversations with people who they're contemplating putting in. And here we see the stark difference between guys and girls in this game.
Bananas and Wes spend the first part of the conversation jaw-jacking, and they look like the two biggest ***** in the universe. Seriously. They're not even taking anything seriously. "You know how hard it is for me not to f**k with you?" "I know, it was hard for me not f**k with you!" Oh, just get a room already.
Nany and Theresa, it's more personal and Nany's Dominican side is on full display. Nany doesn't take kindly to Theresa sh***ing on her to improve Averey's morale, and Theresa acts like she doesn't care, but really she does. Theresa's obviously not being true to herself, not in this Challenge -- not in any Challenge. She's clearly looking Nany in the eye and saying she doesn't care, but she does (and she even sheds a few tears). From my perspective, Theresa doesn't want to be the evil girl on this Challenge but she continues to make shifty moves that don't improve her perception. At the same time, she doesn't want to look weak nor vulnerable, so she refuses to admit defeat. Nany's genuinely hurt about their relationship and Theresa doesn't want to admit that maybe she is wrong. Or maybe she still harbors feelings from the last Challenge where she believes she doesn't want to become ANYONE's friend. Either way, it's going to look so bad when her world comes crashing down on everyone.
Nany explodes into tears and Bananas & Wes are like, "Girls..."
You can say pu**y on TV?
Thomas & Hailey goes in, and no one cares. I didn't watch Ex-Plosion, don't care to see this, and these two don't make me even want to see it. They're like, devoid of real charisma. Thomas' shining moment of The Challenge is calling Bananas a pu**y. I had no idea you could say pu**y on TV.
Diem's sick
We know how this ends. And it doesn't get any easier to cope with. We love you Diem.
Rerun Eliminations
They reveal the elimination called 'Banded Together' and it's pretty much the same one from the original Exes. The only difference is the bar and it looks like the band was much tighter on the original Exes. Johnny & Averey win, and we can pretty much go on with the Challenge like Thomas & Hailey never existed. I'd be fine with never seeing them again, and I don't know about you guys.
Nany & Averey's Awkward Conversation is trumped by Zach & Jenna's Awkwarder Conversation
Imagine if Johanna and Kelly Anne had this conversation on The Ruins (they probably did and I don't remember). This is exactly how I would've imagined it would've happened. Nany approaches Averey to talk about the awkwardness between them, but it doesn't get any less awkward. I don't blame Nany for trying to resolve it so she isn't the most evil person in the house, but Averey doesn't want to resolve anything...or even discuss anything. I don't blame her either.
Zach & Jenna totally trump that awkward conversation when Jenna quizzes Zach on the President of Wyoming....before realizing that states don't have presidents. And that brainless comment, she's hit the model stereotype trifecta for the night ladies & gents.
Tune in next week for Jay & Jonna's next attempt at fighting for TV time.
And THIS is what The Challenge would look like if MTV cut their budget
If you tuned in online after the show (at midnight), you saw the first ever Battle of the Ex-iled between the teams of Dustin & Jessica against Thomas & Hailey, and it's the most hilarious thing ever. Usually The Challenge are these large, death-defying spectacles -- but with the Ex-iled they basically drew a trench in the sand and told them to sweat for 60 minutes. No wonder this stuff doesn't make TV.
"How we're gonna sweat as much as possible is to stay still in one spot", says Thomas. And I immediately want him to leave. Immediately. Sweat on your plane ride out.
Thankfully, Dustin & Jessica win. And get to stay in the house with TV, computers, wi-fi, food, and probably the MTV production staff. Only nine more teams to go in the lap of luxury.

I thought they were broken up before the challenge but I'm not sure. Do you know anyway I can listen to that radio interview of her saying that?
They don't have to literally do anything when it's true. Plus didn't your girl Nia give Leroy a******** off camera, yet your cool with her being on Exes 2.
no...I tried asking him if he could remember which day so I could look up her podcast but he couldn't remember
This is the sad, Pathetic truth.
OH and did anyone else think that Thomas looked hot this episode? Like he just really looked all kinds of yummy.
CT looked good too. Especially shirtless.
Nany should keep doing her thing.
she can do whatever she wants to do. she has every right to do so.
just like how we have every right to call her an easy ***** who will never be seen as something other than some easy puss.
The point though is all the girls on the challenge are pretty much like that, but people are being more bias towards Nany about it.
And It's not just girls. It's the guys too. Everyone on this show sleeps around. Don't see why Nany gets shit for it.
Because Nany has messed around with more ppl than CT and JEK combined.
Lol now your full of shit there. Those dudes get more *** than toilet seats do. I guess you were live & in person for all of her hook ups Jaytee since you have all this inside knowledge haha.
Thank you for understanding me Debut and Bisch!
Just out of curiousity, has anyone else been unable to watch the exile on mtv's website? For some reason it keeps telling me that the video can't be viewed from my location... any ideas?
Sorry if someone already posted about this
LOL Nany will never be able to beat any of those guys. JEK always hooked up off camera and CT has had multilple people in just a season...
ChallengeEp2 1.PNG
