Relevant like Nicole, right? I heard Fergie's name tossed around as an replacement also.
Nobody said Nicole is relevant. At least not anymore. Anyway if Fergie gets the job, I'll be glued. She has a lot of experience in the industry as well.
So Kelly isn't relevant? WTH?
She is relevant when she sings with Beyonce. I have heard one song from her since then and it sucks.
I bet people won't even know who she is unless they say "That girl from Destiny's Child."
They need someone iconic. Like American Idol has with Jlo and Steven Tyler.

And because she is relevant in today's music. She did the group thing and the solo thing and kicked *** in both.

You're out of the loop. Fergie has been rockin the scene since 1982.

Um, "That girl from Destiny's Child" isn't a bad thing. Considering you're wrong, it would be that way with Michelle, Latavia, Latonya and that other chick who was in it for 2 seconds.
And the song does not suck. Motivation is very good tune though I don't agree with its undertone.

Any idea on who the other judge could be and the new host?
The other names that were suggested were Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson. For the new host I hope they keep it a surprise or at least pick somebody good.
It **** that they didn't keep Cheryl Cole or the current host. They didn't even give them a chance.
Janet Jackson declined. And Nick Cannon said they couldnt pay Mariah enough to judge X-factor. The only other names I've heard mentioned are Kelly Rowland and LeAnn Rimes. Id rather it be LeAnn than Kelly.
For fans of Cheryl, she just released the music video for her latest track

Although the song has absolutely no substance, it is so catchy. Produced by Calvin Harris btw.

Disagree wityh all of this. And Mariah can sing but she isn't worth paying like Britney say is and I love Mariah to a certain extent and LeAnn is irrelevant.

Disagree with all of what? Janet did decline. Nick did say Mariah wouldnt be on. And LeAnne IS more relevant than Kelly Rowland. I mean....what is there to disagree with?
Wonder who the other judge will be and the host. I've heard Demi Lovato/Miley Cyrus but that just seems too good to be true. :)
I think Miley could be interesting, but I don't know if Demi would be too sweet. Britney is going to be the nice one, so I want someone who will be spunky. Personally, I'd love to see Gwen Stefani, but she's been rumored to be the host.
Ok now I'm very confused. <_>
Let me break it down for you in layman terms.
So Britney is such a hot mess that she no longer signs legal documents by herself. Instead, her dad and her fiance have to sign legal documents on her behalf so that they can make sure she is making good decisions. It is suspected that they will sign the contract and make the deal official today or over the weekend just in time for Fox's big announcement.
So she got the deal...assuming these rumors are correct.
