Here's what the top six is singing:
Carly Rose: “If I Were A Boy” by Beyonce
It'll be great, of course. And we can compare it Rachel Crow's
CeCe Frey: “Part of Me” by Katy Perry
I hope she keeps her old personality. I think this song suits her.
Diamond White: “Diamonds” by Rihanna
Oh you, America. I hope she can make big moments out of it.
Emblem3: “Forever Young,” most famously done by Bob Dylan
Horrible song choice. I kind of hope they crash and burn. They've been sailing through this competition too easily.
Fifth Harmony: “Give Your Heart A Break” by Demi Lovato
It'll be fun to hear Demi's comments.
Tate Stevens: “If Tomorrow Never Comes” by Garth Brooks
*yawn*
Other than that, I think the contestants choose their own song. It should be a pretty good show.
Carly Rose - She's good. Always good. Woo. Just give her the 5 mil contract, already.
CeCe - She was pretty good. She's one of my favorites.
Diamond - I think she tried a little bit too hard. Worried about her
Emblem3 - They've gotten boring to me. They'll be fine after the competition, I'm sure.
Fifth Harmony - They impressed me tonight! If my two other favorites go home, I'll have to make them my favorite.
Tate Stevens - Idk, I didn't watch his performances. I cannot express how much he bores me.
I've pretty much accepted that my favorites, CeCe and Diamond, are probably going home tomorrow. And if that happens, the competition will get really boring: Carly Rose, Tate, and Emblem 3 will sing predictable music and they'll be top 3 (in that order). I'd love for something unexpected to happen tomorrow.
None of those were right. She did As Love as you love me by Justin Beiber and CeCe sang Edge of Glory.
Actually they were right. Those were the songs voted for by the viewers to be preformed along with the other songs chosen by the mentors. Finish watching the show before telling someone they are wrong.

Do you just hate country? Not a bad song--not my favorite but hardly poor.

Yeah, I'm just biased, to be honest. I also think he does very similar things every week, but none of the judges point it out.
I don't think Beyonce herself could sing 'If I was a Boy' better.
Now that is an outright lie.
Anyway, I forgot it was 2 hours. so excuse me about the choices being wrong. And Tate---leave Bon Jovi alone.
The judges, or more specifically Demi, were dumb telling Carly to sing something uptempo. First performance of the night - theme was "unplugged" and second one neither she nor Britney chose the song.

I think that was very valid advice, and I don't see where you can say it was dumb at all. Demi was not saying that she should've sang an uptempto song that night, she was saying she wants to hear her do one in the future. I don't think we've really heard that from Carly since week one, so it would be nice to see if she can pull it off.

Well she picked the wrong night.

I agree. I still don't see how she'll "work" in the music industry, which is what the show's all about.
Also, Demi's an awesome judge. Her comment about Emblem3 being a "downgraded Jonas Brothers 5 years ago" was great. She really keep the show entertaining throughout.
About tonight, I predict that Diamond gets the least amount of votes and goes home. Then, CeCe and Fifth Harmony battle in the bottom two. Not totally sure who would go home. CeCe might actually have a shot in a battle like that.
Yeah Diamond needs to step up her game. And I'm totally with Demi and Salt about the Jonas brothers comparisons. And why did they do Jay-Z? I mean who did the rap?
I'm going to predict that Cece will go first and Diamond/5th Harmony will be the sing off. I like Cece, but I don't see how she makes it past this week.
I'm gonna miss CeCe (they didn't show her reel of her time on the season, which bummed me out). I'm honestly surprised that Diamond didn't go home first, I thought CeCe had more fans. If Diamond is in the bottom, I have a feeling that regardless of how well she does, the judges won't save her again.

I think if Cece's unplugged performance had been done second she would've stayed. It was very good, but I've noticed that people seem to only remember whatever they see last. The person who performed first has been at the bottom a lot this season regardless of how good they were.
diamond should go home. she has been in the bottom two too much.
Oh and 5th Harmony should stay? That's absolute hogwash. Diamond is amazing and it's there lost. The American audience is stupid. Especially with Emblem 3 and Tate and Carly? I mean wow.
I was kinda hoping Diamond would have a Rachel Crow-esque meltdown, but it is nice to see her be so composed and mature.
Lmao. She's too strong for that while Rachel wasn't as mature as we were led to believe. I'm just glad Diamond didn't go the Drew route.
This **** is rigged, Tate number 1 again? GOOD...Night.
If it were rigged they wouldn't have the same 2 in the top each week. The producers would want to shake it up so it wouldn't be so predictable.
I was kinda hoping Diamond would have a Rachel Crow-esque meltdown, but it is nice to see her be so composed and mature.
Ha, wow you're cruel xD!
I think they should stop showing the rankings around the top 10. We've known who the top 2 will be for weeks now.
I agree. Everything from here until they call Carly Rose's/Tate's name as the winner is pointless.
Here's where the show gets boring. I can guess what happens for the rest of the season. Fifth Harmony knows they have no chance, so they may as well go on stage and rap. Emblem 3, Tate, and Carly Rose will sing what they always do. The only interesting thing will be to see who America decides on to win out of Carly Rose and Tate.
It'll just be annoying having to deal with Tate. If only LA picked David Corey back at week 1 instead. Hell, I'd have rather had Tara Simon go to live shows. Go away, Tate...
In what way? I'm not trying to be condescending, just trying to understand your logic.
Well for one Emblem 3 is sorry can't hold a note and are inconsistent yet are saved every week against people who actually have talent like CeCe, Jenelle AND Diamond. Don't even get me started on the redneck country fans. And Carly is whatever. She just did good these past 2 weeks.
SOO HAPPY my top 2 are still Carly & Tate!
I said it all season, they are always leading because they resemble American Idol contestant. They don't need the production, or be manufactured. With both of them it's about THE VOICE!! I love both of them cause of it.
Emblem 3 made it this far cause of their looks, Fifth Harmony deserves to be there more.
Hopefully Simon gets the clue on making the show about TALENT, and the voice and not about production.
Raw natural talent>>>>Over produced acts
X Factor needs to be more like American Idol, so their ratings can increase, and there could be actual talent on the show.
