The Challenge: Battle of the Seasons - Discussion (Spoilers)

I gotta feeling BMP used this challenge to set up a Old School vs New School format next season by having 14 first challenge rookies on this challenge.

I'm going to look at this season as an audition those who rise to the occasion will become regulars or at least asked back lol.

Wow, there is some serious bad blood between Frank (RW26) and Trey (RW27). Frank was calling out Trey on Twitter (which is total BS) and Trey responded on a live stream talking about how Frank is hypocritical and a "nutcase". I wonder if this anger started on the challenge.

I hope this challenge brings tons of drama.

The Veterans are just Tired and old (not in the age sense) I know I'm not the only one that's sick of seeing them every damn challenge.

Cara maria, camilla, and melinda are also bullying trey over twitter. Seems like he wasnt very popular.

It seems like Trey may have been really self-absorbed during the challenge. Ha, Trey's been talking about how he was made into the "bad guy" character on TRW, and the same might happen on the next challenge. I just don't know what to think of that guy.

I guess it's safe to say Trey was generally disliked on this Challenge I mean Zach seems to of made friends on this challenge and I thought he was going to be the guy people hated on. So the question is what path will he choose being dubbed the bad guy he can take the Johnny Bannanas route by being disliked for many challenges but slowly turn into a fan favorite or he can take the Wes route being dubbed the "bad guy", make other "bad guys" look good, and love every minute of it.

I mean if your read/listen to some interviews of castmembers, you can tell that a) Bananas is indeed a really funny guy and most of the cast loves his jokes and his personality outside the challenges (Diem said so in one of her recent interviews somewhere) and b) Wes is like the super nice big brother, but when cameras are around he makes a 180. (source Casey, etc.) It doesnt look like this cast is loving Trey... Either way he'll choice, we finally have our new super villain, weve been waiting for and challenge appearances are garanteed:D Though he doesnt want to be that

He's more on the Ryan Leslie route, except he isn't trying to get everyone to hate him. He's just really good at doing it naturally.

Cast never liked CT and from girls Coral, Tina, Veronica, Tonya who are bad guys.

I'm very excited for this challenge. Even though we haven't heard anything for awhile I still feel like this challenge will be one of the best. But what I am most excited or is the fresh rookie cast!

Wow, maybe I need to catch up on the current season. Trey seemed likable the last episode I saw of him. I'm shocked.

Since the current RW Season has shown 6 episodes and their is probably 6 episodes plus a reunion left and as of now this Challenge has been done filming for about a month now. The question I have is will MTV air this Challenge while RW St.Thomas is still airing? BTW Didn't they air RW Denver and The Inferno 3 around the same time?

I'm sure this will air in next month this with Season 28 premiere in October or It will air in late fall with Season 28 premiere in Spring 2013.

A few years ago they changed it to where both shows aired Wednesdays @ 10.

I'm praying for a preshow special so we can get a glimpse of the season since 75% of them are newbies, we haven't had those in a VERY LONG time. :(

I believe we had a pre show speacial for exes. I could be wrong though.

I think it's a joke and maybe they are friendly. She does twitter stalk some people tho, I remember she replied to some of Wes' tweets that she wasn't tagged in during Rivals, and I'm thinking Camilla and Cara have made up, this Austin/FM alliance should be interesting even though it seemed like it failed.
