Am I the only one that thinks the older challenges were boring? I liked from Gauntlet 2-Ruins and rivals. The older challenges didnt have as much politics which is what I like about the show, the older seasons remind me more of the shows on VH1, they are still fun to watch but theyre not as dramatic as the newer shows. I didnt like Fm2, exes or bots though (probably cause I dont like the ppl on it)
Uh, no. The boring ones were season 1-4. I hated Amaya/Chistian/Colin Days but out the first 4 I like Los and Piggy's fight. Season 6 BOTSEexes is when the franchise picked up.
God Snooki with her fake speaking. It would have been better if evan was on it that way kenny doesnt look all bored and crap. They would actually be talking not fake talk like this crap they put on.

lol I only started watching at FM1, then went back and watched the infernos and gauntlets. I thought rivals brang it back after FM2 and cuthroat killed it, Edit: you said sexes not exes lol

Kenny needs to stop moping, he should be happy mtv is still giving him money
It wasn't too bad of a special. I just couldn't stand Kenny's lack of enthusiasm and the guy/girl code commentary.
I'm sure V1 is somewhere enjoying Mr. Santucci's visible butthurt. :D
I didn't think Kenny seemed mopey at all. He perked up a lot when Paula came out...Snooki was just a terrible cohost. There were actually a couple of her fake "questions" that I would've liked to know the answer to but she kept doing her bit of asking fifteen things. I personally wouldn't be too excited if I was asked if I got a ***** when I was hooking up with a girl or caught an STD or what the weirdest thing I've ever put in my mouth is when I'm supposed to be promoting a show.
lol nooooo promotion for this at all.
No, but they are airing 11 times in the 4 days according to my tivo which is something, plus a Rivals 1 marathon on Friday.
Plus all the "insert favorite vet here is back" promos to bring back viewers they lost. Seems like they're really trying with this season.
My favorite part of the show is when the blond girl from Girl Code said she wouldn't marry Ct but he could be the father of her kids. That just made Me Laughed so hard.
So I guess we now know that Marlon/Jordan were the ones that took out Leroy/Ty and the match is a physical one because they have on like shoulder pads... If i'm not mistaken it looks like Marlon knocks/hit Leroy hard in the elimination round.
so it looks like in the Cara\Cooke vs Ana/Jessica elimination they have to cut the rope to make the other side fall

Not at all, but then I didn't watch. I was in NY yesterday doing more important things than watching MTV. ;)
I think the situation is most unfortunate, and continue to believe that the right words, meaningfully articulated, could go a very long way toward overcoming the lasting damage done. At the end of the day, hate is both corrosive and counterproductive to healthy living.
That special kinda made me Nostalgic for the Golden years. Seeing clips from Battle of the Sexes 2 and the Inferno 1 really took me back to when These challenges were fun and exciting to watch.
Kenny and Snooki were not good hosts. Watching Snooki saying she's getting ready for a challenge and wanting to be asked really made me cringe. She really shouldn't be giving BMP any Ideas. Kenny looked bored and I could've done without Paula.
The People from Code shows were funny though.
For those wondering about the final, it definitely sounded to me like the producers tailored it more to speed than endurance. There were three puzzles and then finished up with the usual eating large quantities of a disgusting meal towards the end.

Was it close?
Well CT & Wes both proved on Rivals 1 & Exes to be much faster than Johnny in short distance races, and I'm sure you saw CT wolf down all that disgusting **** pretty fast on the last final he was in...

Was it 1 day? Do you know if they changed locations? Jordan kept saying it involved endurance, but since hes never done a final before, I guess a short race would be considered involving endurance to him, he seems like a runner though so I'm sure he could handle some endurance. I do think they are toning it down though, I dont think it will be as grueling as rivals 1
The special wasn't too bad, probably the worst part of it was the forced enthusiasm from Kenny and Snookie - more than likely because they were reading off a teleprompter. It might've been better if they started ad-libbing or something.
While I thought it was gonna be a special kind of like Battle of the Exes where they go through the teams for 40 minutes, I'm glad they minimized that and instead feature the fun, exciting, and entertaining aspects from the previous challenges. As a fan, it was great seeing those old moments on television and if anyone new tuned in, you got to see some of the best moments to sum up what the Challenge was about.
Great 40 minute special that seemed like it would've been better airing on July 3rd. Chances are it will anyway.
I wonder if they'll do the tweet rivals 5k times and see the 1st 15mins of the show, since the premiere is 90 minutes they should show the 1st 20-25 mins. Dont they usually start doing that 2 weeks before? And since theres a rivals marathon tomorrow they could get a lot of tweets

Seasons had a 90-minute premiere and we got a 16-minute sneak peek.

So in other words they pretty much handed CT/Wes and Em/Paula the win....

I'm fine with that. CT deserves a win. It's similar to Brad on cutthroat. He didn't deserve to win Cutthroat but he deserved to win multiple challenges.
