Yea paula has only won once and she's performing well she's a good competitor you can't pair anyone with emily and assume they will dominate, paula is holding her own so far. The people i want to stop coming back are people like naomi, jasmine, preston, etc. when it's a partner challenge their partners are screwed.

But I hate anyone that isn't there to compete.
Politics will always exist--see last season Paula's had two great partners--hardly the end of the world
Yeah last season they existed because there were a whole lot of new people. And I never said Paula having Emily as a partner was the end of the world, I just truly hate seeing Paula on these things.
I'm very sorry Diem has had to go through all she has and I'm happy that she's been able to fight it and come out ahead, but my I just can't deal with her anymore. She's still the same as she always was. So offended and appalled that anyone would DARE choose her for elimination. Also, I love Jemmye but **** she's quite the ****-stirrer eh? And Leroy, there are much hotter women in that house. For some reason I like Theresa this season? I don't think I ever disliked her per se, but I'm enjoying her this season. I also really liked the fakeout. I mean, that **** was straight up torture.
Cooke has a lot of balls to go after Diem and Aneesa. Lord. I think I would've enjoyed the challenge more (and followed it better) if they had displayed a time clock while everyone was competing. Paula and Emily continue to be my favorite team. Killing it. Also, cheesy or not, I loved Diem's spotlight at the end. She deserved every second of that.
That fake rap about Nany includes the following line: "Johnny's nothing but a **** *** modern day Tom Soyer*. Nany is clearly the classiest girl in the house because she fu**ed Adam Royer." *And yes Sawyer was spelled Soyer
I just hope Jemmye never comes back.... She sucks as a person and as a competitor and despite this is so impressed with herself.... like girl, your partner is the one stuck with you, not the other way around... If only her middle name was Trishelle, bc the Trashelle nickname is one that would suit her the most... Zero admirable qualities there... I don't think there is a single person, but her in challenge history that I can say this about..
Politics will always exist--see last season Paula's had two great partners--hardly the end of the world
Politics will always exist. But with the Vets there. Nothing exciting happens. There's no upsets, Suspense, Betrayals etc nothing. It's all just a Broken Record.
I just read through this thread and I'm super confused as to why everyone disliked this episode. I thought this was the best episode of the Challenge in a LONG time. There was a lot of drama but it also had an interesting competition, strategy, and TONS of hilarious moments. By the way, I TOTALLY understand Jemmye's phobia of ketchup. I have a phobia of corn and if someone threw corn at me, I'd probably react in the same way just because I'm honestly terrified and repulsed by corn. So unless you have a similar phobia, you can't say anything about her overreacting!!
Politics will always exist. But with the Vets there. Nothing exciting happens. There's no upsets, Suspense, Betrayals etc nothing. This episode showed that the girls are a lot more divided than the guys are. With the guys voting, it's sort of unanimous who they want to choose - as to not upset the girls. With the girls however, there's an inside group (Diem/Aneesa, Paula/Emily) and an outside group. If the voting were similar to the initial Rivals, things would've definitely been different - but since the girls have no actual say in what girls go in, the elimination for the girls are going to shake down with no surprise. However, with the guys I think it's getting a lot closer to the end where the big players are going to start making power moves. There are three eliminations until the end for each ***, and there are five formidable teams (sorry Knight/Preston). The game looks like it's really going to start on the guys side next week.
Jordan and Jonna are a cute couple. I agree with people saying that Diem is fake and entitled. Why does she think that she should get a free pass on these things? Why is she mad that she's being targeted? And honestly. We've been through this whole Cancer story thing years ago. There's no need for a Rehash. and on top of all of that she is a terrible dancer. Jordan/Marlon Kicking ***! I swear these two have my vote for rookies of the year. I liked that Cooke didn't just lay down a accept that she was going in the Jungle. She tried to spin it around and I liked that. The only problem was that she targeted the wrong team. I think that had she offered up Camilla/Jemmeye Instead I think she would've had a better shot. That Fakeout made me mad! I was looking forward to that Jungle too. Overall this episode wasn't that great as a whole. Next week looks better.
Anyone else notice the batteries weren't properly connected?
I think Diem is inspiring. I am sure there are some fans out there that watch the Challenge who have cancer and just the message that she is getting out there to them, to have courage and be strong in the face of adversity, will motivate and inspire them. I think it's a positive message and it's really cool!!
This episode had the least drama and most fun out of every episode this season.
Wow, all this Diem hate. I don't think she's necessarily "re-hashing" it because since we last saw her she went through yet another battle with ovarian cancer. I think that it's good for her to talk about how she overcame it again, especially because she might not have lived to participate on this challenge. It's a big deal for her, a big part of her life, and I respect her story and her coming onto Rivals 2 in the first place. Anyone know why Cooke, in trying to save herself, randomly threw in Diem and Aneesa? It just seemed so out of the blue.
Anyone know why Cooke, in trying to save herself, randomly threw in Diem and Aneesa? It just seemed so out of the blue.
It wasn't random. Cooke knows Diem and Aneesa are trying to make her and Cara Maria the scapegoats so she tried to fight back by asking the guys to vote for Diem/Aneesa instead. I give her props for making such a bold move, but there was no way Diem and Aneesa were going to get more votes. She would have had better luck trying to get the guys to vote for Jemmye and Camila, but I assume she didn't go that way because her and Jemmye seem like they're friends.
This episode was boring. Paula is annoying, she can't win without having a top 2 female competitor as a partner. Also, Diem shouldn't get offended that somebody wants to send her in.
Diem kinda reminds me of what Jen did on rivals 1 with cara, when she was like you think you can get these ppl to send me in?! good luck. But with Diem its kinda different cause the guys are closer with her than Cara/Cook and the girls are not in the same alliance like they were in rivals 1, and I think Cooke should have chosen some one else, Diem/Aneesa are arguably the 2nd best team there and they have strong ties with the boys, asking CT/Wes/Johnny to vote in Diem probably wont work especially since all the guys dont care about Cara/Cook, she should have suggested Camilla/Jemmye and even that wont work. I dont really get why Cara Maria is so offended and ******, she looked like she was about to cry on the speedcast, on this season her team is the scape goat, whats the big deal? She was perfectly fine joining along with voting in the scape goat (wes/Mandi) in the past and even admitted she wanted them to come back so that tehy can keep sending them in, its not personal at all, no one personally attacked her but she's very mad, calling them all cowards and saying she wont********* to stay...Diem/Aneesa arnt doing that neither is Paula/Emily so who is she even referring to?.....

The challenge in this most recent episode is the only one I can think of where they finished in the top 2. Nany/Jonna have done really well so far and Cooke/Cara Maria are a much stronger team than Diem/Aneesa, which is the reason why they keep getting voted into every elimination.
The only elimination gimmick that looked like it could have been brutal and competitive was just a lie. Are you ******ing kidding me? If they don't use this elimination type for the men's elimination next week I'm going to be so ****** off.
I was just thinking that maybe that elimination round could still be used. I just find it odd they had all that equipment out there all bad-*** and it looked really legit and then it doesn't get used?
That Nany and Diem thing was so random though. Diem is like the last person I expect to be causing any sort of drama. I like Nany and seeing her go after Diem was weird because I always thought Diem was like the nicest girl ever but I guess I was wrong o.o
WTF!? Couldn't Jemmye get kicked off for pulling off someone's underwear? Doesn't that strongly go against the new direction BMP wants to take in regards to sexual harassment. Just ripping someones clothes off?
First, the act would have to be non-consensual. Cooke is fine with it, which might just confirm a few things about her that were whispered about her at the end of her LV season.
I dont really get why Cara Maria is so offended and ******, she looked like she was about to cry on the speedcast
I haven't seen the episode yet (not online yet), but from her Twitter it seems it wasn't just about being sent in, but about the comments that were made about her. She was very good friends with Diem before, I think she was also friends with Paula. I understand it's a game, but I would be hurt too if I saw my "friends" say they didn't like me behind my back, in their confessionals. It's funny how Diem is now saying after every episode that she "misspoke" or "didn't mean it." Once again, I don't think it's about being sent in, we're talking real life here. She mentioned she was extremely hurt when she watched the episode and saw the things that were said about her.

And if i remember correctly she answered with something like bicuriousmaneater
I hate the way Nany speaks
I like, definitely think she's like, overusing the word "like."
Wow, Paula looked absolutely miserable as soon as the rain started.
Paula's makeup during the challenge made it look like someone punched her in the face. Also, why DOES everyone hate Cara Maria? I mean, I'm with them, but just wondering if there is something specific.

And honestly. We've been through this whole Cancer story thing years ago. There's no need for a Rehash. and on top of all of that she is a terrible dancer.
Diem in the PM is a classic character on these shows! Her entitlement comes from her seniority. A rookie trying to get her alliance to throw her in? ******, please. The way to play this game is sly with the occassional overt political moves. Diem is a pro! So are all the other vets. That's why Cooke shouldn't try to send her in. And the rehash of her cancer?? You mean the treatments that she finished within the last year? Being aware of her own weaknesses makes her strong. She was probably asked about her feelings throughout the interviews for the commentary. It comes up! Let her talk about it without hating on her for it.
Funny that the fake jungle caught so many on here by surprise. With Trishelle and Sarah out we knew a non elimination was coming sometime. The whole challenge as TJ described it was so over the top. 400,000 megawatts! Enough electricity for 8 or 9 cars! And he tells them it would be best 2 out of 3! Besides we know the most brutal eliminations come late in the season anyway. Second elimination was way too early.
