psshh I wish :( That 40 second intro was better than this entire season.
So many memories..
Ok very random, but how do you guys like this season so far, has it been any good so far? Should I bother trying to watch it? I only saw a bit of the 1st episode then got bored as soon as the little airhead started talking, has it been better than RW vegas?

I like this season but it's very LGBT focused and a lot of the cast fall victim to wall paper but it's an interesting group when not focused on Frank.
You should give it a try it is not high sex and drama but there are some good episodes. Episode 3 ,4and 7 were the best this season.
Vegas was more watchable than this season because the all had camera time and were drunk hot messes which this season only has one(Frank)

I like it more than the vegas season. But this season is a tad bit boring because it doesn't look like the cast are having fun, they only show the serious stuff.
It all depends one what you like, i prefer the more laid back seasons though. But even Brooklyn, Philly, and DC had their crazy fun, funny moments.
I don't think we are going to see any real big surprises in the rest of this season. The main thing they have tried to promote this season is homosexuality.
Yeah I just watched a few episodes, and I agree it's all about LGBT stuff and nothing else, gets kind of redundant. And I dont know if they're trying to make some of the cast look boring but they keep showing Nate/Ashley sitting around reading books, but I do like that they're talking about suicide prevention. This kind of concept would have been better in the 90s back when being gay was such a big issue, it just seems like they found these homophobes and put them with some gay people and they just go back and forth with eachother.
At 9 and 10 or 10 and 11?
A quick check of TVGuide.com says 10 and 11pm EST.
Camp Out, Drag Out, Sing Out (10:00 pm): The roommates go camping, and once again, Ashley and Zach isolate themselves. Later, Frank confronts Ashley about her unwillingness to open up.
Tick, Tick, Cabo-oom! (11:00 pm): The gang heads to Cabo San Lucas, and Zach and Ashley continue to isolate themselves from the rest of the group. Meanwhile, a drunken Priscilla pursues Nate.

Sounds so Exciting!!!
just kidding...
Why the hell is MTV suddenly showing multiple episodes of their series including this show right here in one night? Makes no damn since. I see if this was NBC or something. They've done it with Chelsea Settles, Bevis and ********, etc.

Because the show sucks, and they want to end the season already and move on.

I assume they do not want to split the remainder of the season over the Christmas holiday when nobody watches TV anyway since this season cannot hold ratings to pick its audience back up if they ran it out on the other side.
I understand that but nobody is going to sit through 2 one hour long episodes of San Diego 2. But yeah if they want to "move on" then I don't blame them.
It appears as though the majority of the voters on mtv.com are unhappy with this season.

It is truly unfair to compair any of these Seasons to the original,It's like asking If Season 1 was better than Season 21 or If The original New Orleans is better than the second New Orleans.
