At the end of the day...... Nia is grown & we can't tell her who she can be cool with & who she can't. I do think they are good friends but do I also feel like she played into his hands & that he is definitely pandering to keep his gig? You already know.
The timing of it all is suspect & I feel like this convo should've happened long ago but The Queen loves her some Captain Hook ****. I'll never understand it but it's not my place....she knows him better than I do.
Only reason I think this was somewhat genuine is because of Nia. She's not a fan of MTV so I wouldn't think she would do this if they asked her too right? Also some people were doing wayyyy too much on those comments.
Nia is one of my favs so I'm just gonna agree to disagree. However, she does know him outside of the show unlike us & we don't know how deep their friendship & conversations go. So if that's her truth, so be it.
**** at her and Jordan doing a press run. And y'all think this shit is genuine
how I see it is I don't think Nia understands it's deeper than whether or not THEY have a good relationship. The optics of willingly participating in this press run is very much embarrassing. It breeds behavior like what Tori was doing in the comments. Put your fingers in your ears and preach love and happiness and all will be right with the world.
its tone deaf. We've seen Taylor shed tears beg for forgiveness, admit to wrongdoings. (A lot more than Jordan) and she was still fired. He needs to go or this Network is bogus (as tho we didn't already know)
The fact that this is turning into a press tour is kind of weird. I know being white I won't always understand everything but I want to try. From my perspective he was cast on a show where people are supposed to be from different backgrounds and they learn and grow from eachother. Jordan displayed awful behavior but the show introduced him to people from different walks of life. I feel like he got out from his ignorant environment and grew. Nia and Marlon know him personally and vouche for his growth and change. We all know Nia isn't going to be a pawn in MTV's game. I think she is genuinely trying to defend the character of a friend. Are people upset because of the double standard from mtv or do people just not want to forgive him for his past?
It's about MTV and this performance. They're playing in your faces. About the Real World thing looking at their original Bios nothing about Jordan shows he was type casted to be ignorant he just did it. If anything Johnny and Jessica were the ones that looked to be type casted to be the foil to Marlon/Joi/Nia.
Like previously stated tho this is the can of worms MTV opened by firing that dumb blonde of shit she tweeted the SAME EXACT year this aired. So to answer your question idc about forgiving Jordan do with that what you will.
But it just shows how much she's really grown & thriving in life for her to put everything behind her & has been focused on her happiness/well-being. She just needs to let Karma do her work.....as JJ said, look at how he has to run back to her now to help him get out of this hole that he's dug for himself after how dirty he did both The Queen & Marlon (he couldn't put in a good word for Marlon to come back over the years?). Now his check in jeopardy, Hollywood stopped calling & what happened to his clothing line? I know she's doing what she feels is the right thing for her spirit but she needs to step back and let MTV crash & burn.
This is absolutely disgusting and it's making me more and more mad that he's going to get away with this and probably be back on The Challenge.
As awful as what Dee said was, and the timing was awful, MTV is 10000% using her as a scapegoat and if I were her I would be livid that she's the only Challenge cast member that will be held accountable and be banned when people like Jordan, Mattie, Ninja, Bananas, Zach have all done things sooooo much worse. She said awful insensitive things but Jordan USED THE N WORD ON TV and MTV is actually giving him a voice and letting him get away with this.

I was sent a message on here asking if I knew which Black male cast member Susie and Sarah were supposed to interview (NOT Marlon or Syrus) because supposedley on their more recent podcast they told the story of this guy telling them on the day of the interview that he couldn't do it because he thinks that "All lives matter". So does anyone on here that pays for their podcast knows which guy this could be?

Lol "anyone on here that pay for their podcast"...you could have just @ Potato cause you know good and well no one else here would pay for that trash podcast.

and if you don't listen how do you know it's trash? Don't make judgments based on something you don't listen too.
also I didn't hear that, I passed out and missed the last live so if they mentioned it on there I haven't listened to it yet.
I totally agree with you farswell7. This is how MTV is. As a black man, what Dee tweeted was insensitive and deserved a reprimand, but not a firing. If we are going to allow Jordan a pass as to that wasn’t his intent,I call BS. Before Dee’s irresponsible response to a fan challenging her for not doing enough to support BLM, look at her past twitter history. Dee’s intent was far less intentional than Jordan’s. She did a lot to bring awareness to the false narrative of negativity towards the movement. I never recall her doing anything near egregious as Jordan, Alex K, Camilla, and many others. Jordan’s mockery of black people is totally unacceptable - I don’t care what him and Nia was arguing. And for nia to defend this behavior, speaks volumes of her.
MTV gave camila a platform to save face and did the same w Jordan. I’m also disgusted by mtv selective performance activism.

Lol @ that pic choice.
Lol goodbye MTV you're not slick
This was all calculated and Nia played right into their hands
**** at this already being on entertainment weekly ****o do they think were some idiots?
very tragic

Legend TuesDaze with the rundown >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Wonderfully said.

This is actually infuriating.
Thank you for sharing!
wtf kind of reasoning was that?

this was definitely a common argument during that time. I always heard "as long as it's not hard r it's fine'" growing up. Tragic

Susie is trash therefore her podcast is guaranteed to be trash.
i agree with you on most of your posts on here but when it comes to this we shall agree to disagree
I respect your (bad) opinion lol. Susie just reminds me of a senior citizen Jemmye and I can't do it.
