What DEE said was insensitive HOWEVER they should have given her a season or two off as punishment instead of banning her if they were going to let others who've done similar or even worse comments off scott free with no consequences.
Dee deserved to be fired her comments where insensitive at the wrong time. Firing Taylor on the other hand was a wrong move because it means everyone whose made any racial comments needs to be fired regardless if they apologized or not.

The aftershow was bad where she called him the f word. I remember she got into it with 2 audience members on twitter about it.
The main reason was the touching him part and how close it was to the Tonya settlement it was like 2 seasons later. But the other part very likely also played into and it was the second chance they gave her since after that real world fight that made them lost sponsors.
