The Challenge: Battle of the Seasons - Discussion (Spoilers)

I seriously hope they don't go back to the scoring system and vote off eliminations that would seriously make this season suck. But I highly doubt they'll go that route the elimination rounds are what make the show exciting so I doubt they'll go back to the scoring system and vote off eliminations.

I'm not going to fault them either especially when the likes of Chadwick/Holly/Piggy etc were controlling the game at one point. I rewatched this season recently and can never get past the episode where Coral and Mike were arguing over his freak out. I also didn't like the way they had Mark/Eric Nies host the show but was ultimately glad when they got rid of it after the 5th season. For what its worth, I loved how Belou defended herself against Chadwick and the gang. Sure it was a little much but can you really blame her. Not to mention this is the perfect time (and has been for a while) for sequel challenges to re-air original installments.

They should put them online and and on demand and promote them during the shows. The original BotSeasons is one of my faves, the highpoint being the Hurricane Juliet episode. It would be really cool if they paid homage to the original in subtle (or not-so-subtle, like repeating actual missions) ways.

Devyn and Easy seemed to have grown reallly close... Judging by twitter alone, i would assume they hooked up but molds already said that it was not the case... Wasn´t it that she wanted something from Zach but he hooked-up with Jonna and she didn't really want to get between them or something... ____ It´s also apparent that "Team St.Thomas" was pretty heavily divided among the forces, so to say... Trey and Laura seem to have teamed up with the vets-> Austin, Off-seasoners and LV2....... while Marie(/Robb) became BFFs with Frank, Zach, Nola and the rest of the mob... ____ Also it seems that Las Vegas and Brooklyn were the swing voters this season.

I hope that SD2 don't become the new mob (I hope we never have a mob situation ever again) because it's looking like down the line it could turn that way.

That season was filled with the most boring people ever, there is nothing interesting about Zach and Ashley, they were just 2 homophobes and Frank is weird and Sam is ok, but I can see them being athletic though, entertaining not so much.

My bets are on Zach to really make his mark. Not just on this challenge.

Because of his size, he can be either portrayed big as a hero (Hercules or "Thor" (since he looks like him) kind of thing) or a true narcissistic villain (Bigger, badder, better than you). It's optimal for a challenge. And on a challenge, there are more than just one person who he can clash with, because of his conserative view of things. No offense. Not just Frank and he can't isolate himself anymore. You know why I like him, he seems like hes the only one of the new breed who has the guts to go against JEKDTP. It just hope that he won't brag too much.

I'm really only excited for Dustin,NOLA 2 (can't deny that that house had some amazing TV personas even though i saw it as a n underwhelming season) and Wes in the beginning , Everyone else not so much. which kinda sucks cause I was so excited to see new faces I didn't really care what the new faces were but now that I actually look at the cast I really wish things panned out with 2 LV teams and a DC team. I also don't dislike Frank He just creeps me out and i don't like how everything is always about him it should be interesting to see if he does that with 30+ people in the building.

I think Zach will be like CT when it comes to the Challenges because like CT he's a big athletic guy who can intimidate most of the guys. Also, like CT he can be a hero by taking guys out or be a villain by being a bully

In my opinion, Zach has nothing with CT but he should be similar like Evan. Both are big and good athletes, Evan was mr popular too.

Zach and Ashley were boring in SD 2.0 in terms of not going out and partying and acting crazy like most people are used to on these real world seasons, but in regards to drama in the house with the what was actually the boring 5 (other than Frank) they did arouse more drama than what would have occurred had they just gone and partied. But it looks like Zach and Ashley may be at the center of some drama this up and coming season...people may have a change of heart on them.

I'm surprised of how good of friends Jemmye and Zach came to be. I really think Zach and Ashley are going to be different on this challenge than they were on San Diego because from the looks on twitter they became friends with basically everyone.

I mean, Jemmye isn't exactly a "good Christian girl". She and McKenzie (the "good girl") had very different views and values during their season. And from what we've seen on their seasons, Jemmye's personality is much more like Frank than Zach, IMO. Except that Zach seems like he's a country boy trapped up North (didn't he have a Confederate Flag? ...) Unless you were saying it is surprising. In which case, disregard.

And I don't see Zach making up a new character, he seems too serious and Wes turned into weird Wes over like 5 years not 1 year lol. Actually Nate kinda reminds me of Wes on Austin but Wes was sluttier and more drunk. And to me Ashley is wall paper. I think Zach should stick to being the athletic guy, he'll still get called back for that. Like Ev didn't act out for the camera, she was just athletic but she was still a main dude on these but then again people did get in screaming matches with her.
