I hate that I am thinking about this so much. They really can't stop at Dee and Taylor if they're going to do this. Of all the AWFUL AWFUL people to say things over the year, the fact that Dee was the one that they threw to the wolves is so surreal and almost unfair to me. What she said was awful and should not be excused, but there have been some true TRASH and AWFUL people, mainly men, on this show and the fact that they're probably going to be excused and not held accountable makes me so angry.
Ok if you're not black, I would appreciate you stop telling us what you feel isn't racist please and thank you. It's not your place since it doesn't affect you. I'm still feeling off with how she made that apology just to contradict it by liking tweets made by non black folks talking about how she wasn't wrong for it and we're just being sensitive.
!!!!!!! this needs to be pinned because some of these illiterate ************ don't understand
Yeah Dee isnt actually sorry. She's trash. Still dont like MTV punishing only her and not the white dudes who have said and done worse
They'll ignore Zach, Jordan, and Bananas, they are "too valuable" to them.
If anyone else had pulled the elevator stunt or the tape incident, they would be gone. That should tell you everything you should expect on holding those 3 accountable. A joke.

Assuming 'they' refers to production, 'they' didn't throw her to the wolves. The wolves got her on their own, 'they' just put up the equivalent to a janky wooden sign that says 'sorry' in cheap red paint on it next to her and kicked some dirt over her corpse.
For Dee that is, don't know anything about Taylor.

For Taylor Cory threw her to the wolves and remind them about her past lol
They were getting their special until he made that tweet and her past came back to hunt them
Marlon from RW: Portland is going to be a guest on the Brain Candy Podcast live Q&A this Thursday with next weeks episode for a live interview. The lives are through their patreon. In case anyone was interested thought I'd relay the info! Should be a great discussion regarding all the controversy going on and how it's nothing new. They had Aneesa on a few weeks ago and it was an excellent live interview. They hadn't done them in a few seasons but I'm glad they're back, they watch the episodes during these too with a live chat section.

No one is ever interested in what hypocritical rapist defenders have to say. Next.
all those stars are so messy....is there a reality star left without a history ?
Oldschooler is referring to the Kenny & Evan vs Tonya from the Ruins. Cast members on that season took sides of either Kenny & Evan and Tonya, the boys were accused of using a tooth bruch on Tonya's ******. There was an out of court settlement and none of them ever appeared again on the Challenge. Based on my dislike for Kenny & Evan I tend to side with Tonya, but no one has ever known what really happened. So I think it's unfare to label them (S&S) under such a hateful title since they're defending their friends and MTV has never released any footage or said anything about that the incident. MTV just tried to sweep it under the rug.

No one cares about your feelings. Nuance exists. You don't have the right to be offended, it doesnt matter your skin color. I swear if there was a war, you'd run so fast to Canada, your pink hair dye wouldnt even set on time. Jesus Christ.

lol you're fine. Not every podcast is for everyone, just putting it out there if anyone is interested.
Sarah and Susie want to have a deep talk about racism with Marlon to spread a message and help educate.
Also Sarah and Susie ... join are patreon to hear it.
They do cold calls on the live's. They text him first to see if he'd be willing to come on next week so it wouldn't be an actual cold call for him and he'd have time to think about what he wanted to say. They are not promoting it that way at all, I legit was just putting out there that it's happening because I do subscribe because I like their podcast and their bonus content. Don't paint them in a bad light this is on me just telling what is happening.
Wow what marlon said about Jordan was unexpected. To sum it up, he basically said him and Nia both agreed that Jordan is one of the people they believed has grown and has taken responsibility (outside of social media) to make things right .. and feel like they're allies

Imo I give people more leniency on their first show because it's understandable being raised in ignorant or racists environment but after you've already been on tv and had to live with people of different walks of life your excuses for problematic behavior vanish quickly
Marlon is really well spoken. I forgot how much I liked him, haven't seen him since Rivals 2, he made some great points through out the whole interview too. I didn't realize he did Ex on the Beach recently either. I'm still shocked he never appeared on the Challenge post-Rivals 2 either.

Anywho Marlon did this interview talking about this
Marlon Williams Discusses BLM, Jodan, The Challenge and more | AfterBuzz TV

.
So Jordan is allowed to "grow & learn" while making money on the challenge while Nia is banned? Ok.
Jordan and Nia do actually seem to be friends these days, I've seen them hanging out on IG, which probably helps Jordan's case.
