Or perhaps "they" thought Brooklyn was the weakest team there and kept them around for an easy win.
I do know that, going in, the teams that were going to be targeted were Vegas and Austin. Once the FM team got there, the target shifted.
I hate needling you for information but was there any particular reason that Vegas was targeted beyond the threat of Alton? It seemed to me that Nany in particular is close to Frank and the Cancun and NOLA casts.

This is purely speculation on my part and opinion, but I would imagine it's because they (Alton/Trishelle) were "old" and perhaps Dustin and Nany were just collateral damage.

Dustin did very well in the challenge so far. San Diego was leading the Mob. Dustin and Alton had their argument with Zach and Frank. So everytime San Diego had the chance they wanted to get rid of Vegas. Unfortunately, Vegas was kicking *** (still after Alton left). Cancun and San Diego were very good alliances with each other. But Vegas or Brooklyn overpowered the game and made Cancun go home, unfortunately they couldn't get rid of San Diego.
p.s. this doesn't mean that this happened at the challenge, it's just how I think it went.
Okay, so was it more of a social game, a physical game, or both?
Not positive, but I'm told they did very well physically, and Frank manipulated people into getting his way.
Because you've all seen what happens when Frank doesn't get his way...
I'm so looking forward to watching the Austin and (especially) the FM teams picked off right in the beginning.
On the other hand, I'm so not looking forward to watching the San Diego team dominate.
You win some, you lose some.

"...but nothing's better than getting some." -Emilee Fitzpatrick, may you return to my television again soon.
On topic: I'm not shocked that San Diego dominated, and I don't mind if they ran the game til the end. I would, however, rather be pleasantly surprised and have Sarah get a win. I felt bad about what happened to her on Exes.

Random but earlier today I decided to rewatch some of the Brooklyn season, and I actually wouldn't mind a Brooklyn win (knowing that they're in the finals and Vegas didn't win) and I'm actually really looking forward to watching Devyn. I remember not really liking her that much when the season aired, but on rewatch I was enjoying her. Quite frankly, as much as Sarah annoys me, it's JD who I really wouldn't want to see win. I forgot how insufferable he is.

You do know that was filmed in 2008 and he's probably have changed since then... just a thought. Especially since his two biggest enemies in BK (Devyn and Katelynn) seem to have a magical friendship with him now.

Well yeah I'm sure he's changed. If I don't find him insufferable this time around, then good. But as of right now, I think he sucks.
LMAO, Anoymouss you had me glued to your post until the last part. Very misleading.
@Nightwolf maybe when the MTV site is up, who knows.
Lol, not misleading. I convinced my self this will happen (and I mean it)

They did dominate but that doens't mean that they won the challenge. I will only say they won the challenge if I have seen it with my own eyes. Till then, Brooklyn and Vegas could be winners too.

LMAO, that's true.
This challenge is going to suck for me watching Frank and Zach dominate and possibly win. Now I see what people mean when they say they don't wanna watch a challenge knowing that Johnny won. There's no MMMystery.
I'm guessing my post about what happened to team Sydney got deleted. All I wanted to know was why they got the boot early. I don't wanna read any spoilers and look through the thread. Gosh...

That information hasn't been disclosed. Your guess is as good as ours haha.
I'm really interested to see how these new kids ran this challenge. It appears they knew early on they had to band together to take out the very few vets so they'd have the best chance of winning. I got a feeling San Diego played the best social game in house because right now based off twitter, the preview, and what I've heard it seems like they worked with Cancun, St.Thomas, and NOLA.
What I'm excited for, is a new liking and understanding of Zach, and Ashely. Mainly Zach. He was so closed minded and hated on his season. Now, he's the most likeable guy, and even kisses Frank. I'm also excited to see how Ashely is as a person, now that she isn't joint with Zach.
Had Sydney stayed I would imagine the targets would have been Austin and Sydney...I think Vegas probably got overlooked for awhile.
I'm hoping Brooklyn isnt a weak team that got carried (which I doubt) cause if any team looks weak it's Cancun.
I hate the fact that Austin gets screwed (as a season) all the time...their first challenge they got screwed becaue they were new....now they are screwed because they are old. Melinda hasn't caught a real break on these challenges yet, which is frustrating because I think she could be a good competitor.
At least I get to see an Ashley win though, I went from being told that there was no way MTV would ever cast her to be on a challenge to her being a champion <3
And I also absolutely hate the fact that Frank is going to throw temper tantrums all season to get his way.

Broniephobe or not, I'm still expecting him to be a ******. And no I do not think this is some inside joke. Just rude and uncalled for...

True. But for some reason I feel Wes being wes may have had something to do with why Austin was targeted early on.
If it was Nehemiah I don't think they would have been an early target. Just my opinion.
Also, seems Zach and Knight don't like Camila much. OUCH

Maybe I'm vague but I don't remember Devyn ever having anything anything against JD.
I'm sure the Zach/Camila dislike was fueled by Jonna...I don't know how big of a target Sydney would have been considering Frank was hanging out a lot with Ashli and KellyAnne prior to the challenge.

This is correct.
